Very cool! I love your avatar.
Yes, Worried Shoes is great. I'm not sure what's my favourite. I really enjoy All is Love but it's not my favourite. I'll get back to you about that one.
I want to buy the novel and the behind the scenes book but not before I see the movie (which is going to be awhile given my geographical location).

There's an original score soundtrack?
Where can I find it?
Thanks

Thanks.
I saw it on iTunes today,
haven't bought it yet myself though. I only have one song off of it, and that because it was on the Karen O Cd which I bought off iTunes as well.

BTW,
I loved the movie!! I Hope to see it again soon.

Okay, cool. Thanks mate.
I don't know if this has already been asked, but do you know if Arcade the Fire's 'Funeral' song (from the trailer) is available anywhere. I don't like the acoustic or original as much.
Thanks

The song from their Funeral Cd titled Wake Up?
that's the one from the trailer I know. I bought the original since I didn't find another. I hear the exact version of the trailer is available but I'm not sure.

Let me go check..

Ooops, yes, I meant 'Wake Up' from their Funeral CD.
I've heard that version was specifically made for the trailer but it's so good I thought they'd want to make some money off of it and release it.
Thanks for your help.

The exact trailer version of the song I now can't find it anywhere, sorry.
Prior to the release I saw it almost daily and chose to ignore it but now that I am looking for it, it seems to have gotten lost.

But I think the Cd version is great,
even more so since all the lyrics are in rather than being shortened.

The title? "It Is Well" and I am very impressed. The title track (first song) begins in such a cool way. Plus it's probably my favourite hymn of all time. Yes, the CD is calmer than their usual fare, because it's a Praise & Worship album—a follow-up to "Strong Tower". I hope you get a chance to pick it up someday.

I love the song "It Is Well" also. :) Thanks for the recommendation-- I might think about getting it. ;;) (But as I said earlier, I have "no" money. Not really. That's kind of a problem.) ;))

GtG: What suddenly caused your parents to change their mind about Skillet?

So I've listened to more Skillet, and I've come to the conclusion that while I rather like the "quieter" songs, the heavier ones freak me out a little bit. Just not my style, though I'm sure they're very good. :P

I love the new Casting Crowns single, it seems like it's sort of a different style maybe from their other stuff... I love the guitar in it :D

*Ditto's Kat's question on the sudden mind change* ;))

Hehe--I totally understand about the heavier songs, Kat. :) Though I don't really mind them, I can understand how some would. ;) And that's fine. :p

I'm agreed about CC's single--it does seem different from their other ones. When I first heard it, I knew it was them because of Mark's voice, but other then that--nothing would've told me it was them. :)

okay, so I listened to 30 second clips of almost all of the Relient K songs, and I liked the softer ones the best, and the acoustic versions of the loud ones. I do like rock songs, but not really these. sorry! ;))
I really liked the lyrics though. My favorites are: Be My Escape, Getting Into You, For The Moments I Feel Faint, Up and Up, When I Go Down, Who I Am Hates Who I've Been, Hope for Every Fallen Man and Less Is More. they were awesome! When someone recommends music to me, I take it seriously! B-) I've been needing some new stuff anyhow! But now, it's Skillet time!!! :D

By the way, if you liked those songs that I said from R.K, you'll like these from Switchfoot: Daisy, The Shadow Proves The Sunshine, Politicians. They're all from the album Nothing Is Sound.

to MissAravis and Queen Susan: it turns out I misunderstood them :| I hate it when that happens. I was listening to their worship CD with my friend and my dad and our conversation went like this

me: see? not all their stuff is so rocky!
my dad: yeah yeah but I let you listen to them so don't whine (or something like that)
me: not skillet!
my dad: I never said that! I just said not to listen to the hard core stuff all the time, but calmer stuff is fine...
me: really?!?!
my dad: yeah.
me: oh...yay!!!

:p

hey had anyone heard of Jimmy Eat World? I just heard one of their songs on Pandora called "The Middle" and I liked it.

Queen Susan, Yeah exactly! I was listening to the radio and I thought, that's definitely Mark's voice. But at first(during the intro) I had no idea who it was. It kind of surprised me.
The Pendragon, I'm glad you looked them up! :D I also love Getting Into You and When I Go Down. The acoustic guitar is so gorgeous in them :) And the piano in Less Is More. I MUCH prefer the acoustic version of Up and Up to the normal version on Five Score. I think it's a lot prettier.
Glenstorm the Great, Ah, okay, lol. :P Well that's cool for you then! :] I haven't ever listened to anything from their worship CD
I've heard of Jimmy Eat World, but never listened to any of their songs. :p

Anyone like The Rocket Summer? Or heard of them? I discovered them a couple months ago when I was watching the music video for Do You Feel because I heard Matt Thiessen was in it. ;) I've looked up more of his stuff, and I really like it.

Ugh, just lost a post. :( Again I ask myself: "Why are you using Safari?!?!?" ;))

Anyway. I earlier tried to post...
What do you all think of the song "Faking My Own Suicide" by RelientK? I kind of like it. :p It's a tad bit depressing at first... ;) But I like the song over all for some odd reason, and I really like the intro. ;)) Which seems at least somewhat different then some of their other songs...
