There are so many bands that I really need to listen to but I feel like I'm only just starting to grow familiar with the few I really love..so I don't want to go overboard, lol.

GtG: I'm glad you liked Hotel Aquarium. Other Falling Up suggestions: Broken Heart, Goodnight Gravity, 250 and Dark Stars, Good Morning Planetarium, A Guide to Marine Life, Moonlit, Escalates, Maps... some are pretty different from the others. Just check 'em all out if you can
Aw, nobody likes Which to Bury in acoustic? I dunno, I like it. But I'm a sucker for anything in acoustic.
Ah, Starfield. I love "Reign in Us" but I haven't listened to much else by them.

Aslans Country, I saw that too! I also noticed the song playing in the background! I REALLY want to know what it is! Goodness, that stinks about them not having Walls on iTunes. Hopefully they'll have the album on iTunes when it comes out... and yes! When I heard him say Japan, I thought of you!

...I'll try and listen to them within the week or so (normally it would probably take me longer to listen to all those songs but taking the fact that Hotel Aquarium already has like 30 plays, I'm thinking I like it and will like more of their stuff )

ugh know what you mean. Everone (including you ) keeps on recommending bands and songs to me and I'm getting a little overwhelmed . I seriously have bought like at least 5 CDs this month...that's how many I normally get a year! I think I'm getting a little too into music too fast...part of the problem is I don't really have a steady income so I don't have money to buy all these songs/CDs...

I just heard Art of Love by Guy Sebastian featuring Jordin Sparks. It's a really great song but Guy Sebastian is an Australian artist and that song and the album it's on is only released in Australia. 
But some of his other albums are out on American iTunes so I'm hoping Art of Love will come available in the next couple months.

Also, a curiosity: there's a censorship warning on the CD - Moderate Impact Coarse Language and/or Themes. Firstly, that's strange because they're a group of Christians (although I realise we aren't immune from such things). Secondly, it's odd because I didn't hear one bit of bad language on the whole CD.

Yeah, Captiva's great. But don't buy it yet. I don't want to be responsible for you spending more money Most of the songs I listed are from Captiva, though a couple are from older albums.

Have any of you heard the music of Matt Maher? He's a fantastic music artist! His music is original and interesting, and very applicable to life. My favorite song of his (right now) is "Alive Again".
You should check him out if you haven't already. I'm pretty sure you won't regret it!

I've only heard a couple songs by Matt Maher, but I do like Alive Again. It was my mom's favorite song for a while. Your Grace Is Enough is also good, but I didn't realize for a while that it was actually his song and Chris Tomlin's version of it was only a cover

What is it with me discovering all these bands coming to Japan..??
I just randomly went on Switchfoot's twitter and the post is all like '..now three hours of sleep and then off to japan'.. and I look it up and they're having an acoustic show and signing pretty close to me on Thursday. But now it's telling me that I needed preorder and buy "Hello Hurricane" at one of their (the place they're doing it at) stores to be able to go..
But they're going to be in Japan from tomorrow! I was so set in my ways that no one ever came to Japan..

Switchfoot is coming to Soulfest!!!!! yay! I can hardly wait! I want to see them live SO bad!
Fireflight's CD comes out NEXT WEEK!

I knew they were coming to Soulfest months ago, but I just found out that TobyMac, Sanctus Real, BarlowGirl, MercyMe, Superchic[k], Matt Maher, and the OC Supertones are going too!!! I have to go this year, though I doubt I will
