I bought TobyMac's new single yesterday. It's really good, just like the other ones...I'm happy they're doing a countdown on iTunes...I decided I'd let myself buy all the singles since I won't be getting the album for a few months...*doesn'thavemoney :( *

I bought TobyMac's new single yesterday.

NEW?! or simply his latest which was released last summer?

*goes to check*

NEW! "Get Back Up"

*downloading*

Although I will be buying the full Cd upon release. :D

EDIT:
I really like it! need to hear it more to know just how much of course.

Beloved (acoustic),
it wasn't bad. quite good actually, but I prefer the original much more and I'll stick with it.

narnian1: did you listen to the podcast? It's great. Have you heard Showstopper yet? That's the single he released before Get Back Up... :D

Yeah, what the acoustic version of Beloved is missing is the awesome piano part. ;)) It's just incredibly catchy, and for me it almost makes the song.

I just bought Copeland's Eat, Sleep, Repeat. I can't wait to give it a listen all the way through.

Love love love that album MissA. Now I need to go listen to it. ;))

I really can't recommend Joywave highly enough. I'm very impressed with their music. They just recently changed their name, but I just love all the music they had before and after.

I can't believe how many bands broke up recently. I'm listening to Capital Lights right now and I can't believe they're gone already. I can't really blame all the bands though. It would be a hard life to tour like that and have such a doubtful income.

Any opinions on the new Owl City songs? I think "Sunburn" is pretty forgettable, but I like "Butterfly Wings" and "Rugs From Me To You" is pretty interesting.

I can't remember if there are any other FAIR fans out there, but I encourage everyone to check out the band of Aaron Sprinkle who is my favorite dude in the music industry. He's the big man on campus at Tooth & Nail records and has produced Hawk Nelson, Anberlin, Kutless, Copeland, Eisley, Acceptance, Capital Lights, and a bunch of other really awesome people. (Oh! And Jonezetta and MAE!)
Anyway, the band's second single from their upcoming sophomore album is out. I like "One Last Time" better than "Disappearing World," but I don't feel that strongly about it either. It sounds sort of "done before." I have really high expectations for this album though because The Album Project loved the CD.

I’m so ready for Tobymac's new album "Tonight"! :D I love Tobymac and all his other singles are fantastic!

I've heard two of his songs already from the new album, "City on our Knees" and "Showstopper" Both can be heard on Youtube. :)

Oh, and I also downloaded The Bird and the Worm Instrumental Version from Youtube. It's the same music they used in the Clash of the Titans Trailer and I Love it! :)

I'll think I'll have to wait on the whole Cd for that other single!

Edit: yeah... I just downloaded that single too. :-$

Kate, I just started listening to Owl City's album "Ocean Eyes". I've never heard such clever lyrics!! I think my two favorites, at the moment are "Fireflies" and "Meteor Shower". And I love "Dental Care". That always makes me smile...

Liberty Hoffman, I haven't joined land of broken hearts, but I'm considering it. I've always liked the website and I love Switchfoot...

Heh heh, I risk being shunned and ostracized by saying this, but...
Are there any other Narniawebbers out there who love Country music? I live in a part of America where Country Music is pretty much despised :p but I love it.

I got my stuff from gotee today! :D I hung the poster up as soon as the box came, it's so cool :D . I've heard all of Apathetic EP already but still haven't heard the other CD I got (they're debut one...). I really like Apathetic EP, I just don't like Which to Bury; Us or the Hatchet in acoustic...it's sounds so wrong, especially the chorus. I also like There Was No Thief better than The Thief...other than that though I love it :D .

I only have one BarlowGirl poster :| . Now I have two RK ones, a Facing the Giants one, Prince Caspian one, and a few random comics and a calendar on my walls. Oh and a Stellar Kart picture. I'm gonna make a Deas Vail poster I think, and just print it out at Kodak...a Switchfoot one too... :D Oh and you do have nothing to say, your walls are completely coated in pictures, posters, and newspaper articles :p ...

*high five* Country music lovers rock!!! I like rock/pop music but I also like country. Do you like the new country/pop genre or do you like classic country or what? I like both. I've grown up listening to classic country on jukebox (a feature on my computer) and have just recently got into the country/pop thing listening to Taylor Swift. I pretty much like everything country out there. Or, I should say, I like at least one or two songs from pretty much every country artist out there that I've heard. Some I really like are:
Taylor Swift
Shania Twain
Tim McGraw
Alabama (they're pretty old, you may not have heard of them)
Bon Jovi
Carrie Underwood
Dolly Parton
Emmylou Harris (also pretty old)
John Denver
Johnny Cash
Josh Turner
The Judds
Kellie Pickler
Kenny Chesney
Lonestar
Montgomery Gentry
Nitty Gritty Dirt Band
Oakridge Boys
Rascall Flatts
Restless Heart
Rodney Atkins
Roseanne Cash

Those are ones that I like a lot of their music. There are a bunch of others that I only like a one of their songs or I've heard only one of so I don't know what the rest of their music is like.
