I LOVE Skillet's song Monster! that song is SO awesome! the Monster music video is my favorite music video if all time!

Kate: I was just curious because Paper Route and Lights are going to be touring w/ Owl City. I listened to Carousel, and I really liked it. Lights sounds a lot more similar to Owl City than Paper Route though, to say the least!

Bookwyrm, hmm... which of the two Flyleaf CDs do I enjoy more? Probably Memento Mori but Flyleaf has many great moments. What I love about their latest CD is that they dig deep into matters of the Christian faith without being preachy. Great stuff.

Yeah, I really enjoy that aspect of their music as well. The lyrics are very deep and uplifting without being sappy or beating people over the head with a Bible. It'd be nice if that was the norm and not the exception in the Christian music world.

it will be! I just have to go! I will drive up to 300 miles!...except I can't drive!....hopefully my parents will take me, they were gonna take me to VA to see Deas Vail and Owl City, but they don't like Skillet at all so I'm not sure how far away they'd let me go... but I will go if I have to walk there !

GTG: I would walk 80 miles in the rain to see Skillet if that's what is took.....I am so happy that they are doing a tour!

As am I. They are actually starting another tour soon but they are touring with two bands I haven't even heard of so I'm definetly not going, even though it will all be on the east coast.

Owl City's going to be in Chicago (which is about 4 hours from me) in April... I wonder if I can go. I doubt it. :/
lol, earlier today I sort of had a little chat with Stephen Christian via twitter. I asked him for a suggestion for what Anberlin song to cover on the piano... since I like so many of them and I didn't know which to pick. He said to do all of them. "but start with better bands... like the beatles." Funny guy.

who's Stephen Christian? I read the review on pluggedinonline.com for Anberlin's CD "Cities" and it doesn't sound like the greatest . The reveiwer said it was really depressing and stuff. Don't know if I'll be listening to it anytime soon...
