It only says it's in development, not greenlit....

If they were to make more Narnia movies, they would have to do the Silver Chair next in order to get Will Poulter (Eustace) before he grows up. I think that after The Silver Chair and The Last Battle, if they keep making movies they should do the Horse and His Boy, because then the Pevensie actors could possibly play the older versions of themselves, as opposed to the adult actors used in the Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe.
I think that they should make silver chair next because we don't want will getting too old by the time that one is made.

There's already a danger, I heard, that Eustace could be recast. I don't want that. I hope SC is made next, or else Eustace will have a new actor for sure!

Where did you hear that rumour? Recasting him would be counterproductive to SC's success. If that happened, I wouldn't watch the next film.

But yeah if it weren't for that I really wouldn't care, but I'd give anything to make them bring Poulter back as Eustace, if they don't the franchise is as good as dead.

I hope they do SC next, if not for Will Poulter's sake, then because its my favorite book of the series. I do, however, want them to make MN. I LOVE that book too!

The only thing is that the White witch is in MN and we also don't want Tilda getting to old too.

Maybe they could do them at the same time, with Andrew Adamson on one and Micheal Apted on the other? I know they won't front that much money but in imagination land, that'd be cool!

That would be really hard to do. because they probably want mark johnson producing all the films. maybe right after each other?

I think MN should be green-lit a few months before SC is released. They can start filming MN as they edit SC. Something like that might work....??

That would be ideal, but since VDT wasn't nearly up to expectations if they make SC they would probably only be able to make them one at a time like they've been doing.
True, very true. Man, I wish VDT had done a lot better, this is really disappointing! I just want SC to be green-lit so that my worries will be settled!
