Those sigs are great Meltintalle! Thanks! I'm going to use #3 and probably make a few avis on the same concept. :) Regarding a special brain-storming thread, I'm not sure if we have the participation right now to need one. :-

Lucy of Narnia, I know what you mean. I don't particularly want to wear my costume to church, either. I may end up having an individual Narnia Style Day the following Friday, or something like that. :p

Sunday, April 24th

Does that sound good to everyone? :) Let us know!

No problem, Adeona.

I was actually wondering if a brainstorming thread would help pull lurkers out of the woodwork, but I'm totally up for doing less. :p

I could wear something with a Narnia-feel to church and wear my train station outfit the rest of the day. :D Are we going to post pictures of our outfits?

P.S. I'm going to do a blog post on this- can I use your signature in it?

Sunday 24th is Easter Day - have I already said this? Maybe I could wear my ship outfit (baggy white piratey shirt and rust coloured sleeveless jerkin with blue trousers and boots) for some of the day? Probably not to church though. It's time I had a Narnian skirt outfit.

There, shining in the sunrise, larger than they had seen him before, shaking his mane (for it had apparently grown again) stood Aslan himself.

Thank you, Meltintalle! :D Maybe some of my friends will join in! :)

P.S. Easter Sunday? And Narnia Style Day? I didn't realize it was the same day! :)

Me neither! BIG mistake on my part! We should probably reschedule. I think for a lot of people April 24th was a bit on the "Short Notice" side of things.

Perhaps the following week? Sunday, May 1st - May Day? :-
Or would we prefer a Saturday?
Golly, I think I should post a poll.

And yes, posting pictures of your costume is always great! :)

Adeona, I'm not sure if Scarlet_Trefoil and I can it that weekend, since we have a trip that week. What about the following weekend the 7th and 8th?

Thank you very much for the input! That's definitely a possibility, SnowAngel. I was just wondering if that weekend would be a problem for others because the 8th is Mother's Day! :p We're looking into posting a poll to see what days most people can do. It may be best to wait until the 15th of May, at this rate.

Just set the date and I'm good. If you get up a poll I could vote though. Preferably a Saturday, but a weekday would also work. :)

Still working on it, Susan's_look_a_like. :) I think they're gonna do a poll.

You are welcome. :) I'm not sure about the 14th or 15th. We suppose to have company that weekend. Oh, I think it should be 2 days and looks like the weekend is the best time.

A poll is a great idea.

I'm currently trying to put together a couple of Narnia inspired outfits.

I just did my Narnian Style Day on the 23rd and 24th. I will put up pictures soon of what I wore.
