I gotta jump on here and say real fast that if you have a Wii and 600 Wii Points to spare, Bit.Trip Beat is AWESOME!!!!! lol It's sort of a throw-back to Pong, but with really fun music. There is a demo available you can download so if you hate it, you won't waste your Wii Points.
My brother got me a gift card for gamestop, yaaaaa I'll be buying assassin's creed 2!
By the way, if anyone has the world war app., add me: HBGXHA
I got spirit tracks for my birthday. It is a good game but i am goign against most people and saying that phantom hour glass was better.
Have you beaten it yet? There were certain parts to each game that were better than the other. PH has the advantage of being unique in gameplay, that ST lacks. The bosses are very similar in terms of style, but the one thing that makes me give ST the thumbs up is the soundtrack. PH has some good tracks, but ST has more tunes I like than PH does. Overall, they are pretty close to each other and stand up for being the best handheld Zelda games. They still won't beat OoT or WW or TP.
Be watching for the release of my spiritual warfare novel under a new title: "Call to Arms" by OakTara Publishing. A sequel (title TBD) will shortly follow.
I only got it a day and a half ago so i haven't yet, I should of said so far. When i saw linebeck grandson first i thought he hasn't aged much. Also that game in hyrule town is that meant to be jolenes daughter or soemthing?
also anyother reason i like Ph better is because you don't have to play that stupid instrument.
Now you see what I mean by needing to use the mic a lot? I admit playing it is quite annoying, but the musical results are pretty sweet.

yeah when he brakes into it after you try do it properly 20 times. I can get th ones at the rocket right but the ones you have to do with those lokomos or what ever their name is are really annoying.
Its been quite a while since I´ve been on NW!! Gosh, college really absorbed me... >.< Hi everyone, if you remeber me, I missed you!
Btw, I already played Spirit Tracks... I loved it. I was laughing a lot with it, and playing as Zelda was very unique. My only criticsm to the game are those horrible evil trains that torture you and that the graphics on the overworld look terrible, especially the snow world...

Lol those trains we so annoying you had to chnage directions and it would take you twice as long to get to the place youwanted to go to. Eveb worse was those white notes when playing music looked like purple and until i looked it up i couldn't get the song right but after i learnt the bird song i released the real purple ones are darker.
I found my old Atari 2600 this weekend and tried my steady best to get the old girl back up and running but without success. It's been so very long since I peeked inside the box that half the games in there I can't remember where I got them from, let alone owning them.

Combat, the immortal Atari 2600 game of the ages
I thought I had more than that but apparently this is all I ever had. The beauty of the 2600 was that while the graphics were absolutely terrible by today's standards the games left so much to the imagination. The cartridges had gorgeous artwork that put into kids heads what was happening in the game, and then the imagination took over. Which is why classic games like Adventure and Yar's Revenge were so very good. Of course most games you couldn't really win at, save for Raiders of the Lost Ark, ET, and Adventure, and so games like Missile Command, Space Invaders, and Asteroids would just keep going and getting gradually harder each level until the player finally lost.
I only have 4 Paddles and no Joysticks, which means if I did manage to get the Atari running I'd only be able to play Super Breakout. But this stuff is pretty cheap on eBay, so I might be making some online purchases in the near future and relive some of my childhood.

I personally really like Final Fantasy Games. They're amazing.
Secet)
Final fantasy reminds me of zelda so i like them to. Anyway i just got a donkey kong and super star t-shirts( they didn't have yoshi ) . Anyway i am planning on finding a yoshi one.
Anyway their is a new mario galaxy 2 coming out. Anyone planning on getting it?
I am currently going through another run through FF IX. FF IX was the first Final Fantasy I ever played. It does have a great story (though not as great as FF VII), but it does have the best graphics of any game I have played in that generation (PS1 and back). It also got me into the FF series and really opened my eyes to the RPG genre. My only prior experiences to RPG's were Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross (spectacular games themselves).

One of my favorite videogame series which i'm new to them is Metroid. I was a little bit insecure fo those games, but i´m truly amazed with there sharp level design and creative gameplay. It is basically a Zelda game in FPS style. Its awesome to play in Samus suit, the level design is unique and inventive and the world you explore are amazing.
