^ Ditto. I know the world is not going to end in 2012. The same thing happened on New years for 2000. People thought for some reason that we'd lose gravity and planes would fall out of the sky . It's all suspicion. No one on the planet will know when the world will end except for God.

But I see what you mean, I to will be happy to see that we will get through 2012 alive. So when I wake up on Dec. 22 I'll shout: Fail!! That will make my day.

People for centuries since the beginning of time thought the world was going to end on a certain day, but it never did.

The thing that started this whole 2012 thing was when some explorers found this Mayan calendar and the year stopped at Dec 21 2012. Logically they had to stop at some point, they couldn't write a calendar with all the years on it. Mayan's started back way before Christ. So think of all those years they had to do and start over with the years.

There is another superstition that the world will end in 2028 because there is this huge comet that wont miss earth in that year. It's the same thing almost.
