I finally finished Junior year, officially! I uploaded the last of my assignments to the grading site, and my part is done. Thank goodness! I was so sick of having school assignments hanging over me!

Milestone: I got my first pair of pointe shoes today!! Even though I only got the elastics sewn on and not yet the ribbons, I got to bring them to class tonight and try them on real quick! They're amazing!

I was wondering where this thread went.
My semester is half over and....
I applied for housing at the college I'm attending and got a dorm! They don't assign room numbers or what hall your in until December 1st but they sent me a letter guarunteeing me space. I came in the house after I got the letter and was yelling to my mom about it.

I got a kitten recently. This is the first pet I've ever had which was outside a cage. So that's definitely a Milestone.

6 years after graduating from high school, I've been accepted into Liberty University's online program and will be starting work towards a BS degree in Psychology the end of August. Unfortunately this means I'll be scaling back my involvement here on the forum. But I get to learn how to talk like Ludwig von Drake!!!

A late congrats to both Libby, wild rose, and EtJ!! Congrats to all of you! Those are great milestones.
My milestone: I got my left double pirouettes en pointe!!!!!!!! 
Eeek, I feel like screaming i'm so happy right now. It's been my goal for months ever since I joined pointe almost a year ago. I'm so happy right now, I can hardly think straight!

okay this may not sound like a milestone but I posted my first poem on a poetry forum. I've been on that forum for almost a year but was always waaaaaay to shy to post, but yesterday I finally forced myself to do it, it's a milestone for me
