That's a beautiful line from the musical Liberty. I haven't seen the musical of Les Miserables but I've read the book and it's beautifully done there too.

I heard a story about the death of Chopin (the composer), its said that he had no religion at all but he had a close friend who was a priest. For years this priest had been trying to get him to think about religion but without avail. Finally, Chopin was dying and the priest came to see him. Again Chopin wasn't interested in hearing anything about God. The priest went home and prayed and prayed and prayed for the conversion of Chopin. He went back the next day and was chatting to him about other things. Anyway it was the name day of the priest's brother and in Poland it was customary to gift people a gift. At the end of his visit the priest asked Chopin for a gift and Chopin asked him what he wanted.
The priest said "Your soul"
Chopin said "Take it"

and so Chopin died reconciled with God. As he lay dying he clutched a crucifix and people nearby heard him say, "Now I am at the source of Blessedness."

I guess this is the best place to ask this...

I really like this C. S. Lewis quote "Let's pray that the human race never escapes from Earth to spread its iniquity elsewhere." I've never come across it in any of his books or essays of his I've read so I was just wondering if anyone knows where this quote is from.

It's from Out of the Silent Planet, Reepicheep775. I just analyzed that book for school, but before when I read the question I wouldn't have known. Either Ransom or the Oyarsa says it. If it's not in Out of the Silent Planet, it's definitely in Perelandra, but I'm pretty sure it's OotSP.
