That's a cute dress too StudyMate. I have one like it except that the necline is a little different and the color is of peach and pink. I have too many dresses. I have about 25 dresses.

Hmm...I like this type of LBD:

with a sheer neck part.
As for modcloth, I found the dress Emma Watson is wearing in the HP theme park promo pics!

It's called the "Zanzibar dress"? Okay, reason number 2 I need it!

^^ also obsessed with that dress.

Ack, must catch up....
I don't have very many... but I have four pairs of heels, 4 pairs of flats (2 being identical...), 1 pair of flipflops, and various amounts of running shoes that are junky and old. Oh, and several pairs of boots.
I'm surprised I top you. I have 8 pairs of heels, not counting wedges (4 of those)4 pairs flat, 2 pairs boots, and a dozen flip-flops/sandals. Can you tell I'm from Cali?
Haha, I always pictured the stereotypical Californian as a barefoot, laid back surfer dude with that archetype bleached hair and a love of driving down highways.
The problem is, now most people are afraid of wandering around barefoot too much, since there are all sorts of weird diseases to catch or things to impale yourself with. Hence why I have so many flip-flops.
While I was in New Mexico, my great-aunt suggested that I started watching "Say Yes to the Dress," a TV show from...um, some channel. I don't watch TV, so I don't really know. Anyway, it is... (spoiler for Val )
Anyway, what is really interesting to me is that all Pnina Tornai dresses are (reportedly) handstitched (!!) in Israel!!! No wonder the cheap ones have 6.5k pricetags...
/me cuts the rambling.....
EDIT (6/08): I watched two more episodes of Say Yes to the Dress last night, and just wanted to add a note that Season 5, episode 4 is not family friendly, so be fore-warned.

Well, I hardly stop by here, but seeing the dresses...
This canary one ... *squeals*
This one is nice, but I'd like it better if the pink were a little lighter. Otherwise, the style is lovely!
This one is so simple, but that's what makes me like it quite a lot.
This one is just entirely too pretty. I'd wear a tanktop inside, though, but it's really nice.
I'm loving all the styles similar to this ^.^
Awww, this one looks so airy, light, and comfortable to wear.
To finish off, I'll end with this lovely dress. Ahhh, it's beautiful! *is overcome with awe*

that first one is lovely! I love the colors and the skirt is very ethereal .
I found this awesome dress that is inspired by one of Alice's dresses (from the recent movie Alice in Wonderland)

it's very close to the real thing

So, since the topic in here is dresses, I thought I'd share my most recent dress purchase.
I got this fairly simple dress. (That was the only link I could find for it; I bought it at Penny's).
But, that's boring by itself, so I got this sweater (in bashful ) and this necklace to go with it. (Cause color is good!) And, then my favorite (okay, only, atm) pair of heels to finish it off.
Personally, I'm not a huge fan of dresses. I mean, I love them in concept, and I adore wearing them for "dress-up" occasions but as lovely as sundresses and the like are, I can't seem to pull them off for day to day wear. Plus, I love my jeans too much. But, that doesn't mean I don't like to look. . .
I doubt I'd ever wear anything like this one, but the clean, classic look to it is nice.
I liked this until I saw the back.
This looks lovely and comfy. Not sure which color I prefer.
I don't care for the bodice, but the color and the robin are adorable.
I love this dress. Nothing I'd ever wear, but the coloring and the skirt. . .
Random musing, but I don't understand the fascination with this style of dress. The style is all over the place around here.
Not a fan of this particular color, but another love dress.
Not sure about the top shade, but I love the ruffles on this dress.
This is what makes me wish I could wear yellow. Edit: lol, good taste, Bella. I just saw that you posted this too.
Not sure why, but I rather like this (in an I'd love to see someone else wear that dress way, not an I'd love to wear it way).

Yes the back of that dress is horrible and doesn't suite the dress at all.
The first colour is nicer. (this looks lovely and comfy)
That green dress is really pretty, espically the skirt part of it.
Wow those dresses are lovely! I would wear anyone of those (except the ruffled ones) with maybe a tank or little cropped sweater.
I love, love, love, love modcloth. I would be proud to own just about anything that they sell there.
I got this dress at H&M the other day:
I really like it, but now of course, I come to the NWeb fashion crew for help with what to wear it with. What kind of shoes would go best?
Such a cute dress Kate! I love its light look.

I too have a question for the N-webbing fashionistas. I was wondering what era the above dress is from? I was wearing it for a play I was recently involved in and the costume people said it had been a wedding dress. It looks 50's or 60's to me but I can't really tell.
As you can see it's aged quite a bit (it used to be white not cream, and it felt stiff), but that's almost all I know. It zips with an old zipper up the back and there's no tag.
Quod Erat Demonstrandum
Kate: I love that dress! I think it would be really cute with some bright blue heels, like these

Lucy P: sorry I have nooo idea. It looks around 50s - 60s to me too though .
GtG: those are some cute heels. And in my favorite color too. hm... me love
