No party is complete without food. So come on in and bring a dish to share. I wish I had time to actually bake and decorate a cake for NarniaWeb but sadly I do not so this will have to do:
Enjoy!

A food topic? I'm so here. And, oh my, YUM to both those delicious-looking delicacies!
Here's one from me (but not made by me ) on this auspicious occasion of NarniaWeb's 10th birthday!
PARTEEEEE!
But wait, our favourite Marsh-wiggle, Puddleglum, is bringing his contribution as well ... eel stew!

Since I don't have enough time on my hands to make something for this special occasion, I found this:
Let's dig in!
"Tollers, there is too little of what we really like in stories. I am afraid we shall have to try and write some ourselves." - C.S. Lewis
*admires all the cakes as she walks in with her contribution*
I couldn't just bring something sweet though, so here's some snack platters to add to the buffet!
*sets her plates down next to the eh... eel stew*
*settles down with a piece of Jo's lamppost cake (chocolate, perhaps? ) and admires the detail of the others*

You cannot have a Narnia-themed party without Turkish Delight.
Haggis.
Don't worry. Likely more than enough to share. Has nothing to do with most would find it disgusting. But its okay. I'll share.
And Sardines. Buckets of them.
Mmmm! Jo! Eels!
“Safe?” said Mr. Beaver; “don’t you hear what Mrs. Beaver tells you? Who said anything about safe? ‘Course he isn’t safe. But he’s good. He’s the King, I tell you.”
All these cakes look WAY to good to eat! But I'll take some Turkish Delight.
Fish and Chips anyone?
This feast looks like it could be served to Peter the High King during the Golden Age!

Wow! So many delectables! I think I'll pass on the haggis and sardines, but I think I'll take a little bit of everything else
*gorges self*
Here's a wee bite of salad for anybody wanting some lighter fare
I'll set Johobbit's portion aside for her *grabs a giant rake and a twenty gallon trash bag.*

Oooh, awesome Dawn Treader and Dragon Eustace cake, Impending Doom; very cool LWW scene(s), Gen (and yummy platters); and Turkish Delight, fantasia! I wonder who of us will fall under the Witch's spell first. I made Turkish Delight for a few Christmases when the kids were young (following in my mom's tradition), but none of us cared for it a whole lot. I still have the old recipe tucked away somewhere.
cep, have you been raiding Tumnus' cave?
Beautiful tea set, ramagut! And I spy some brownies on the side. Say, is that Tumnus' father in the photo? Although it looks more like Queen Victoria.
but I think I'll take a little bit of everything else
Soooo, that would include eel stew, yah?

That is one mammoth salad, DiGs!!!

Wrong thread to be looking at right now, it's making me hungry!
I baked cupcakes today, but no pictures yet since it rained and it was too dark and cloudy to take pictures. But hopeful tomorrow I will have pictures.

Mmmm, that salad looks delicious!
*assembles a huge plate of low calorie green goodness. . . to make up for what she's about to do*
Ahem.
*wheels in the gargantuan frozen case*
Gelato. The dense and delicious Italian cousin of ice cream, in a rainbow of flavors.
*helps herself to a scoop of mint chocolate chip*
Wow, what a meal!
*is most tempted by the cakes*
*gorges herself*
*leaves some cookies*
