Huh! That... might actually be sorta fun? Maybe texturally odd, but the flavors would work. So gonna vote Yum.

Actually, that might really work, so I will say YUM, when it would be perfect for someone with Coeliac disease, where they can't tolerate gluten in wheat flour or in breadcrumbs.
