Finishing my work

It's a simple wish
Not always easy to grant;
Stop the aches and pains!
(Fibromyalgia [or something or another] seems to be flaring up lately, and I've been taking a bunch of anti-inflammatory supplements this week to try to bring it to its knees. )

I must admit to
