Sometimes... though I can only think of cases where I've gone out to breakfast or lunch instead, I also vaguely remember it maybe happening for dinner occasionally.
ASN: Talk while playing games at moments when the game doesn't require you to do so? (e.g. the entirety of most non-cooperative strategy board games (like chess), some parts of card games (like when you aren't currently doing anything), most non-cooperative video games, etc.)

I'll say never. As much I believe it would be a calming benefit, I seem to find myself wide awake instead.

Never. I used to, every week, when I was a kid. But now with cable TV, Kindle, Amazon Music and so on, there's no need.

Sometimes... but very rarely! We don't get much snow in my neck of the woods, sadly. 
I guess I can be glad that I don't get stuck shoveling it all the time, though.
