^It's a fandom thing, doesn't mean he's up for the role or going to get it. Same thing with Vampire Academy, most of the fan girls of the books wants Ben to play some one called Dimitri Belikov, and VA is about to go into production. Still it would be nice to see Ben in another blockbuster and do better.

When Ben was just a prince, I put up with him. But I LOVE Ben as King Caspian. He was destined for this role! His voice, his face, his hair, etc...

Wow, I love the pics of Ben (except for maybe the third one. I don't like him with short hair, without facial hair).
I did love him as Prince Caspian, but I think I'll love him even more as King Caspian.

I think he is upset about not being able to go to Aslan`s country. That`s all I can think of. I seriously doubt he is upset about Susan. I haven`t been following all the spoilers . The amount has become too great to keep track. As for Ben as an actor he has greatly improved. He was good in the Dorian Grey movie. I don`t like the movie. He put up a nice performance though. I`m looking forward to seeing him as King Caspian.

I don't really like that because it takes away the part about him being a responsible king and how his life belongs to the people not himself.

Yes. That does put a damper on things. That`s the classic Hollywood formula. The hero must choose between love and destiny. Even the Narnia movies can`t escape this over used theme. He isn`t really sacrificing very much. It`s a win - win situation. It could just be a rumor. There are so many spoilers flying around from all over.

I really hope it isn't about Susan and it would be better if it wasn't. If it is then God help these messed up films. It'll probably be about his family like his father, mother and why his uncle had to turn bad, etc.

I am not sure if this has already been discussed previosly on this board but I was wondering what people think of Ben Barnes playing Capsian in the Silver Chair. with make-up, wigs, animation and costumes now it is very easy to make actors look older. I think this would be a good idea becuase then he would have the same mannerisms as Caspian from PC and SC. Also his part isn't that big, so I think it would be fine.
