Back in the days of the old forum, we'd occasionally have threads like this to celebrate the arrival of a member with a landmark number, such as 1000 or 5000 or so on.
Of course, each member is significant, but it's still fun to celebrate milestones like this. And with VDT coming out later this year, we may have lots of celebrating to do!
We're currently at 999 as I write this...

welcome member 1000 who ever you turn out to be. we had heaps mroe members on the other forum but they were not active posters.

Remember, everyone, to welcome number 1000 when they register. They might be someone who was on the old forum and has returned, or perhaps a new person altogether.
