I've read a few of the posts and it reminded me of a few small things that make me happy.

Oh, this! I often think that being so tired your brain feels like a cottonball can honestly add a lot when listening to some music genres. I've been compiling a "Tired But Not Sleepy" playlist for a while now just for those times.
(Welcome to NarniaWeb, by the way!)
Oh, yes, love soft music after a long day.
Things that make my day or weekend:
*Texting my favorite cousin.
*Sunday afternoon baseball.
*Playoff hockey.

Getting my Bodleian Reader card (Oxford University library) and having access to +3 million items, as well as to all of the historic reading rooms. I've been looking forward to this for years.
Now my days are swifter than a post: they flee away ... my days are swifter than a weaver's shuttle
Oh my, oh wow, aileth.
And you know what makes my day? Hearing you say that you have obtained your Bodleian Reader card, with all its privileges and access. So wonderfully exciting!

Gasp! I had no idea!
One of the things that made my day today, and might raise a johobbit smile, is finding a nice little readymade salad at the small supermarket across the road from home. Mmm. Ah, and some hot cross buns! Anticipation of eating them both starting tomorrow!
There, shining in the sunrise, larger than they had seen him before, shaking his mane (for it had apparently grown again) stood Aslan himself.
"...when a willing victim who had committed no treachery was killed in a traitor's stead, the Table would crack and Death itself would start working backwards."
Woohoo, coracle ... yes, indeedy, as you know, salads really make me . Enjoy that deliciousness.
