1) the kids are adorable and make me grin
2) I LOVE feeling needed (the look of relief and gratitude on the other stage hands' faces when I say "I've already taken care of it" warms my heart)

-the knowledge that I leave for "my Narnia" (camp pioneer) in about 9 days!!

-getting to go for our annual Six Flags visit in a few days (monday) with church buddies

As of today, the things that made my day special were 1) a fun and successful shopping trip with my aunt 2) popsicles; they kept me alive and sane 3) the INCREDIBLE new Deathly Hallows trailer!!!

Our local gas station has a huge refrigerator-full of them for $1.00 each. Eh, I'd say I've tried around ten flavors. So far, my favorites are the Mango and Kiwi Strawberry. They're delicious!

Last night, a really dear friend of mine called. I haven't talked to her for over a year, and it was such a wonderful surprise! That made my day....er, more like my entire week.

Last night, a really dear friend of mine called. I haven't talked to her for over a year, and it was such a wonderful surprise! That made my day....er, more like my entire week.

I had the same thing happen to me yesterday, though it hadn't been quite a year. It had been about a month or so since I'd talked to her, so it was quite lovely to hear her voice.

Today, it's made my day that I've gotten some of my school done earlier than usual.

Also, it makes me happy that this is my 1670th post.
