I look forward to catching up on the most recent epiodes of Person of Interest.

The season finales of both NCIS and NCIS: LA aired last night, both with some suprises (serious spoilers):

Spoiler
NCIS has had hints this season that Dr. Mallard ("Ducky") might be leaving the series; we figured the character would announce his retirement or something. The season ended on a slightly different note. And I wonder if any regulars were lost in the explosion at the NCIS building...

No regulars died in the LA finale, though I didn't expect Kallen to actually pull the trigger at the end.

You're right, Shadowlander, it was my niece and nephew who introduced me to Wipeout via playing it on their Wii. It's still an occasional guilty pleasure.

But all night, Aslan and the Moon gazed upon each other with joyful and unblinking eyes.

For any anime fans out there:

Toonami will be returning to Cartoon Network's Adult Swim on May 26th.

It was brought back briefly on April 1st, and it looks like the reception to that was good, so... now it's back for good. (For now, at least.)

Edit: Also, I love Wipeout. Can't wait for the summer season to start. :D

Me and my sister have to Thank our dad for introducing us to another Great show from the 60's (greatest decade of Television in my own opinion :) )
The Big Valley! I love the characters, Nick is my favorite! :)

And me and my sister have also been re-watching the original Outer Limits!
I still like Twilght Zone better, but I really enjoy these as well! :)
I really want to watch all of Rod Serling's Night Gallery, but no one shows it on tv. :(

This is a fun interview, Since this is an upcoming television show, I'll post it here . .

Kenobi Talks Star Wars: Underworld!

Movie Blog Magazine recently ran into the ultra-charming, Mr. Obi-Wan Kenobi himself, none other than Ewan Mcgregor, where we had an exclusive, one-on-one chance to ask him if he would be appearing at all in the upcoming Star Wars Live Action Series, now due out in 2014 or 15. Here’s what Ewan had to say about it . .

Finally caught the season finale of Once Upon a Time!

Spoiler
That Emma would wake Henry with 'true love's kiss' seemed the obvious way to go, but I still think it was a rather nice scene. Mr Gold was up to his old tricks stealing the potion; good thing it wasn't needed. And while this season's plotline has been resolved - Emma broke the curse - the purple mist and apparent return of magic sets up next season.

Anyone notice that in the last shot the clock again read 8:15? (an important number from LOST) ;))

But all night, Aslan and the Moon gazed upon each other with joyful and unblinking eyes.

Bookwyrm, when I first started reading your post (earlier today) I thought your were referring to the DW episode in which he carries the torch (I saw that one earlier this week) - but then I recalled that it was the previous Doctor who had done so, and that you'd said "Matt Smith" rather than "the Doctor." (Hey, I'd just woke up! ;)) ). Thanks for sharing the pictures.

Did anyone catch the season/series finale of Awake?

Spoiler
What did I miss? The ending, a happy reunion with his family, seemed to negate what had gone on before. I think I missed something. ;))

But all night, Aslan and the Moon gazed upon each other with joyful and unblinking eyes.

Ahhh, that picture of Matt Smith is awesome. B-) I had heard from a friend that he was going to carry the torch part of the way, so I'm glad you posted a pic, Booky! It's so exciting to see him doing that. :D

I still want David Tennant to light the cauldron thingy like he did in that one episode of Doctor Who. ;))

Just watched the finale of Sherlock last night. I'm going to be blunt, I thought it was rubbish and I wish I could have

Spoiler
killed Moriarty myself. He was literally nails on a chalkboard irritating to me.
The storyline was illogical, poorly put together, and pretty much carried solely by Freeman's and Cumberbatch's superior acting, particularly Cumberbatch's. So pretty much exactly like the last season of Doctor Who, only substituting in the names Kingston and Smith. :P

I think the finale was the weakest episode so far but I don't think it was poorly-written but then, I also enjoyed much of Doctor Who: Season 6.

What is it about these british shows that have everyone up in arms?

Tick tock, tick tock

Darkhorse, what do you mean? Most people here enjoy British TV series. If you're 'up in arms' about something you're angry or argumentative about something. That's not the case here. Are you able to explain yourself more clearly?

what I mean is, everybody seems to be more angry with the finales or certain episodes of said British shows, so thats what prompted me to write that

Most likely because we like those shows more than others, so it's a bigger disappointment when they go wrong. :P
