Finally had a chance to watch Once Upon A Time's episode "What Happened to Frederick." Thoughts, including comments on earlier spoilers:
I too liked Abigail much more this time. Rather than the stiff princess of her first episodes, she reveals her true love and a passion for restoring him. The siren defending the lake was a nice touch. Given how the 2 kings have arranged Abigail's marriage, I found myself wondering if the attack on Midas wasn't staged somehow, so that Frederick (and his competition for her) could conveniently be removed.
I think that Regina has really disposed of Abigail's modern-day counterpart; I figured something final would happen once she announced she was leaving Storybrooke. And the episode's ending reminded me very much of a season-ending episode of the old Twilight Zone series, in which a character claims to control the fate of others. At the end, he tosses an envelope labeled "Rod Serling" into the fireplace, and Serling vanishes as it burns. Knowing the writers' tendency to refer to other works (prominent in LOST) it wouldn't surprise me if this is a direct reference to that.
But all night, Aslan and the Moon gazed upon each other with joyful and unblinking eyes.
AslansChild, I love Jane Eyre!!!
It's really good. Yes, it is clean, but there is a lot of kissing in the second half which I found kind of annoying. But it's still awesome.

AGH! So, I watched the Jane Eyre. Little did I know: It's a TV series. And I only got to watch the first episode! And it ended so, so...AGH!
Anyone know where I can watch the rest?!?! How long is this show anyway? How many seasons? Can you buy it on DVD?
Anyway, SnowAngel, I do LOVE it, and it was clean. Yes, it does show Celine with her, um, "man". And they are kissing, alot. But not inappropriately to where I had to turn it off. And the scenes only lasted for a few seconds anyway.

Actually, it's a miniseries that played on PBS' "Masterpiece Theatre". So, I guess you could call it a tv show... but that's not how I think of it. I see it more like a long tv movie.

I'm not sure where you can watch all of it... maybe youtube? Anyway, it's a total of four episodes long. (around one hour in length for each, I think. I remember watching it on two different days, with a total of two hours each) And I'm pretty sure it's available on dvd, but don't quote me on that. Hope this helps!
...........
So, I was wondering if anyone has heard of this other show I've caught a few times. It comes on before Grimm, and I think it's called Who Do You Think You Are. The basic idea is that celebrities can learn about their family history that way... traveling to places all over to help them figure it all out. I think it's fascinating, and only wish that I could do it for my family!
AslansChild, I'm so glad you like it. Since Princess Anna already answered most of your questions, I will just add that Jane Eyre is on DVD. I bought it last May for $15 from Amazon.com and it was worth every penny.
I watched it for the third time (since buying the DVD) last month with Mom, Dad, and one of my sisters and we had a great time watching it together.

I saw that when it first premiered. I remember really enjoying the episode on Sarah Jessica Parker. But then they started airing on celebrities I didn't know, or didn't care much about- (not that I normally follow SJP). I actually forgot about this show until a few days ago... But it is fascinating to see their history.
Princess Anna & SnowAngel... O, alright. Thanks! It was on PBS? In the beginning it said "BBC". And when it was over it said during the credits to "Tune in next Sunday, yada yada yada..."
Either way though, it was awesome! (At least the first episode was. LoL...)
And if it's only four episodes long, surely YouTube would have them! Thanks for the link though SnowAngel...I WOULD like to buy it sometime. But wow, 17.99 seems like alot for A DVD. I guess it's really not, but still, to me, that's alot for one thing. (I'm a thrifty shopper )

Well, in the UK it showed on BBC. But here in the USA it showed on PBS. (not sure if they ever showed it on BBC America or not... I don't have that)
narnian1, thanks for responding! So, did you see the episode on... friday, was it, then?

Sorry, no, I didn't. I actually thought it was cancelled. But I heard the most recent was on Reba? Sounds like it could've been a good one. I'll need to check the show again.
I have already gotten halfway through season 3 of "Boy Meets World" in a few short weeks this show is the best
I still love "Blossom" and "Brotherly Love" but I think BMW is my new favorite

Oh my, did you really say that? There is life outside America.

Ouch! & Yes, I really did just say that. I was just confused that PA said it was on PBS, an American channel, when it said in the beginning of the program it was on BBC, a British channel, right?
And yes, there is life outside of America - g'day.

I am addicted to "Boy Meets World" anyone who has yet to watch this show is missing out big time
I so wish I was old enough to understand and watch it when I was little
but the pilot aired the year I was born and our family never really watched TV back in the day, just movies...
I am halfway through season 4 of BMW and it just gets better and better I think I'm gonna just keep going - even though it was only a mere few weeks ago that I watched season 5
further up and further in! I can't get enough of this show!

I started watching Once Upon a Time on Hulu Plus recently. So far i've only seen the first three episodes, but i have to say i'm liking it so far.
My sister and i have also been watching Warehouse 13 - just started season two. Not the most thought-out or well-written show, and i keep comparing it in my head to the SCP Foundation, but it's good for what it is.

Once Upon A Time is being advertised regularly on Australia TV but they never say when it will be on! What's the point of saying "...coming SOON to Channel 7" or whatever?'
I'm currently watching My Kitchen Rules (an Aussie reality cooking show) and Alcatraz. Sherlock - Season 2 was on several weeks ago. I missed the first episode and can't find it online, found the second episode to be exceptional and found the third and final episode to be very good but a little underwhelming (that is, until the ending). What an ending!
