I've been watching lots of reruns. I've been watching Frasier, The Golden Girls, and Cold Case.
Wrong will be right when Aslan comes in sight / At the sound of his roar, sorrows will be no more / When he bares his teeth, winter meets its death / And when he shakes his mane, we shall have spring again
Ohhh, Cold Case!
I love that show! Too bad it's not on dvd yet.
The one I've been watching tons of lately is Criminal Minds. It's just so fascinating how the team can get into the unsub's head like that. And I love seeing them catch him.
Another thing to say, is that I can't believe we're in the home stretch for Smallville. I want to say there are 8 or less episodes left!
It's so weird. In some ways it feels like it's still pretty new. In other ways it feels it's been around longer than it's ten years. I still can't believe I've been watching it that long. Makes me feel old. Anyway, they are going all out for this season... each episode is an emotional rollercoaster. Almost every week I'm sitting on the edge of my seat, and have my jaw hit the floor by the end.
I'm sure gonna miss it!
(thankfully I own the first three seasons, and can always buy the rest)
Hmm... what ELSE have I been watching?
I've been watching lots of reruns. I've been watching Frasier, The Golden Girls, and Cold Case.
My wife and I are huge Frasier fans. For my money Niles is half the reason that the show is so funny.

Has it been so long? It seems like the first season wasn't so long ago...my wife wasn't able to bring home anymore seasons from the library so we're sort of in a holding pattern at the end of Season 9. There's no telling when they'll put Season 10 out, so for the time being it may be many moons before we find out what happened...truth be told I'm kind of growing forgetful of what happened there towards the conclusion because it's already been several months.

I just found out tonight that NBC picked up a pilot called 17th Precinct, which is being described as Harry Potter meets Law & Order. Which doesn't exactly sound promising, except for the fact that Ron Moore (of Battlestar Galactica) is involved and James Callis, Tricia Helfer, and Jamie Bamber are all in it. So now I'm officially excited due to my newly acquired BSG fandom.
While perusing the old NarniaWeb forum I came upon a LOST Special Feature that covered much of season 5. It made some fascinating reading - both for the speculation about what was going on and how the series might end, and just as a reminder of how good that show could be. It may not be long before I dig out the DVDs for a rewatch.
NBC's The Event reminds me a lot of V -
Incidentally, the season 2 finale for V aired tonight. In one sense it reminded me of a LOST finale in that people died.
But all night, Aslan and the Moon gazed upon each other with joyful and unblinking eyes.
Anyone seen the black books? one of the funniest shows ever. Same creater as the IT crowd.
Yes, Black Books is absolutely amazing! My favourite British sitcom, along with Fawlty Towers. Bernard is horrible, Manny is overly good-natured and innocent and Fran is just Fran. Who knew that a series set mainly in the world of books and drinks could be so surreal?
Currently watching:
Doctor Who - Season 11
Shadowlander,
I agree with you about Niles! He is a big reason that I watch too Anybody on here watch Keeping Up Appearances? Love that show! It is always hilarious seeing the messes Hyacinth gets in:D

Oh, is that the one about the people who work in the bookshop? That's one I've been meaning to watch; it sounds hilarious.
Bookwyrm, that's the one!

I love Black Books, I sometimes wonder if Bernard is my future curmudgeonly self
There is a crack in everything, that's how the light gets in.
Smallville:
Well, Shadowlander, you have only been watching for how long? Kind of watched a season or two at a time in a brief span of time, correct? So, it wouldn't seem that long ago to you!
Yes, it's really and truly in it's tenth and final season.
The last week or two have been reruns, I think. And I don't think there will be another new one til... what did the tv say? April 15th?
Anyway, I hope you can catch up! And that you don't forget too much! If you like, I could always help fill in the gaps in your memory...
*has no idea about most (if not ALL) British shows, so can't voice an opinion on those*
As for Criminal Minds:
I only caught the last fifteen minutes or so of last night's new episode. And wow! What an emotional fifteen minutes they were! I wish I could have caught the whole thing, but I'd been at church. Anyway, it seems the season might be almost over... which means hopefully, that it won't be too long before I can get the dvd and see all the ones I missed!
The new episode of it's spin-off (Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior) had my brain and feelings all messed up too. Golly, those shows sure know how to run the gamut (sp?) of emotions! What is it with me liking cop/detective/crime drama/etc type shows that drive me all nuts?!
Bookwyrm, that's the one!
Black Books: Fran, Bernard, Manny
My fav part was when manny went around and told people stuff. like eat an orange or add a bit of lavander to milk.
I recently got sucked into Downton Abbey. I've only seen Episodes 1 and 2 on DVD.
