Anyone else having Lost flashbacks after the end of tonight's TWD?

I thought it was fascinating that Amy breathed once she reanimated. That's the first sign we've seen that the Walkers have biological functions, which of course raises the question of there possibly being a way to bring them back to themselves. At least the lightly damaged ones anyway.
I certainly hope Dale says something to Rick about the fact Shane almost shot him. There's no way he didn't realize that was what almost happened.
Interestingly, I noticed that the piece of music that plays during the RV ride is not an original Bear McCreary piece, but was actually from the film Sunshine.
I've been having LOST Flashback since the first episode!
This episode of TWD was great, the almost
and this one is random since it is in a different genre then the other 3.
Heart beat
IlF, I LOVE Heartbeat! My family used to watch it all the time, although now it's not on so often. My favorite character is Peggy. I've only seen the more recent seasons though, not all the gazillions of seasons...it's so weird, my parents used to watch the show when I was a baby, and it's still on going today!

Re: TWD
Unlike you other two ....
I very much liked this episode and am looking forward to next week's. And then it'll be what? 8-10 months before we get to see another one after that?
- Poor Jim.
- Am I the only one who thinks Shane is going to end up as zombie chow? What's with him targeting Rick like that? And Dale saw it...I sure hope he shares this with Rick, although truthfully I don't know that Rick would do anything about it.
- Very surprised the CDC is still up and running, even with one person. But it's a sign of hope.
- Prediction: the scientist is either going to end up tagging along with Rick and the gang or try and use them as guinea pigs for more experiments.
And I remember reading on the AMC website (or possibly seeing in a TWD related video) that they would follow the basic structure of the graphic novels but that they wouldn't go with it line by line, meaning they might run off and do their own "intrepretation" of things if need be at some point. I really need to think about picking up the graphic novel....
What a great show!

and what do you mean another 8-10 months?! They've only got six episodes?!
Yes someone who watches flight of the conchords, i love the show, murray is the best, he is so far back in time and funny. you should watch some of the other shows i listed if you likely flight of the conchords.
I watch heart beat with mum it is on like 3 times a week on this chanel with all these british shows. My favourite character is greengrass becausem of his facial expressions.
...I broke down and purchased Firefly on my XBox last week and watched the whole season and loved it. I'm genuinely perplexed as to why it wasn't picked up for a 2nd season. Great show.
Glad you liked it! Did any characters or episodes stand out as your favorites?
I remember purchasing the Firefly DVD set sight unseen on the recommendation of NarniaWebbers. No regrets.
Actually, it was worse than just not being picked up for a second season. The network cancelled it before all the episodes in season 1 were aired (the 3 unaired ones are in the DVD set).
Caught the 'fall finale' of The Event last night - then, like TWD, it'll be on hiatus for a while. So it ended on a cliffhanger...
ABC's V, which also ended on a cliffhanger a while back, returns January 4.
NBC is advertising a new winter series called The Cape, which looks like a mentor-young superhero pairing. Keith David (Gargoyles, Armaggeddon, The Chronicles of Riddick) plays the part of the mentor. I especially liked him as Goliath in Gargoyles.
But all night, Aslan and the Moon gazed upon each other with joyful and unblinking eyes.

Finally I’ve been waiting since May for V to return. I hate the wait, but it returns on my birthday so that’s a cool gift.

For the fans of The Walking Dead, Comingsoon.net is reporting that AMC has let go of the writers for TWD. And that the DVD of season 1 will be released in spring of 2011.

I'm anticipating The Cape eagerly. I was looking forward to it since it had Summer Glau in it and then I saw this really cool preview of it:

It looks similar to Buffy in that it walks the fine line between self-aware campiness and outright cheesiness. I'm hoping it sticks closer to the former rather than the latter. Oh and that it doesn't go all Heroes on us.

Thanks 7chronicles! The comments were some kind of a distraction, but great article!

@sandyentersNarnia: Opps! Sorry I forgot to warn you guys about the comments below the article, I'm so Sorry!
I went ahead and added a warning.
I'm Glad you liked the article though!

well, that's terrible about the writers for TWD. I don't get why they would do that! it's been so good! Hopefully it keeps up as good, though it's not fair at all to those writers.
Bookwyrm, while I almost wish I hadn't read that info from the comics, I was avoiding it. I gotta say, that's very interesting! I wonder how that'll translate to the show. Will they explain that eventually? or will they make up a different cause? Can't wait to find out
Thanks for that preview, Bookwyrm. If it has both Summer Glau and Keith David in it, I'll have to watch.

Agreed - though that show started off so well...
