Second one is a TV show called Game Night, or something along those lines. It seems to be sponsored by Hasbro and contestants play larger than life versions of classics like Sorry! and Battleship on TV. It looks to be quite a bit of fun. :D

Actually Game Night is on Hasbro’s new television channel the Hub. :)
Both Hasbro and Discovery teamed up for the new channel.
They showed Game Night last night and the family played Monopoly, I like how all the game pieces are huge! :p
Me and my sister are very exited for the channel because tonight they are starting to re-air the old G1 Transformers cartoons from the 80’s! :D We Love them! :D :)
And also before Christmas the new Transformers cartoon called: Transformers: Prime will start to air on the channel! :D Can’t wait for it! :D

I'm looking forward to The Walking Dead as well, Shadow. AMC has a reputation for creating really excellent television, so I've got high hopes for this one. I've read the first volume of the comic book and thought it was fairly decent, though the characterization was a bit flat. That's something that would naturally change with the translation to television though. I follow Damon Lindelof on Twitter and he posted a link to this really amazing fan made opening credits sequence. Obviously it's not what we'll actually be seeing at the start of every episode, but I thought it was pretty cool. Warning: Contain zombies.

I figured I'd be the only one on NWeb interested in it (with the possiblity of W4J, if he got AMC that is), so this is rather refreshing :). There's a 5 minute teaser trailer on youtube, but I didn't link it because it has graphic violence in it. It looks like a really high budget show with good direction...this one is going to break the mold on horror shows I'm willing to bet. It's certainly getting quite a bit of buzz right now. Unfortunately I'm getting my cable turned off so that we can save a few bucks each month. I can't justify paying $40 extra a month so I can watch one good show...hopefully they'll air episodes online so I can catch em' the next day like with Lost.

Yeah, that's the one! I'm a huge boardgame-a-holic, so this show is my cup of tea. While I don't particularly care for Monopoly it'd be fun seeing a larger than life version of it on TV. I think I saw them playing Sorry! Sliders in the promo I saw, well a giant version of it. Another one I hope I can watch episodes online of when my cable drops off.

And no college basketball this season. :(

Hmm... The Walking Dead sounds interesting. I don't have AMC. Hopefully it comes to Australia.

I'm currently watching Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles - Season 2. I'm not far into the series, but I'm really enjoying it.

Currently watching:
Doctor Who - Season 11

Yeah, I was watching that trailer last night and was impressed with the set design, the zombies, it all seemed very well done. I know AMC usually posts at least a few episodes of their shows on the website, so you might be able to catch them on there. Not sure if they post the entire season though, since there are only a few episodes of Rubicon up.

W4J, I've been meaning to get my hands on the second season of TSCC. Another one of those shows that should never have been canceled. :(

Me and my sister watched the G1 Transformers cartoon on the Hub tonight! :D
We got an extra surprise when we turned on the Hub a few minutes before it started and the old 1960’s Batman show was on, the one with Adam West! :D
Me and my sister grew up watching that show when TV Land used to show it! :p
We were so disappointed when they stopped showing them. I'm so happy we can watch them again, they are so corny but really fun to watch! :p
My dad got me and my sister hooked on all of the old shows he grew up with: Batman, Lost in Space, Twilight Zone, Outer Limits and Gilligan’s Island.
The Hub airs the old Batman, Transformers and GI Joe cartoons every Mon-Thur at 800! :)

sandyentersnarnia: Haha i've mightve seen that episode, but I don't remember. There's a lot of on the show, hence the name "Special Victims Unit". There was this one episode awhile back, I can't remember the name, but it made me cry because it was so powerful.

Is anyone looking forward to Sherlock airing on PBS next week? I've heard various people say it's really good, so it'll be interesting to watch it for myself. :)

Also, does anyone else think that PBS is currently kind of scraping the bottom of the barrel for it's Masterpiece Contemporary? :P ;)) They're apparently showing only three programs this year: one of which they showed last year and another is based off of a young adult book (which I think I've read...I've a vague impression of it being kind of interesting, but also kind of weird). Maybe there really isn't much out there, but compared to the strong showings they've had for Masterpiece Classic and especially Masterpiece Mystery, it just seems really sparse. ;)) Then again, I can't ever really remember watching much of the contemporary stuff, even before they split it up into different sections, so maybe it's just not a strong area. :)
