Sillygoose: Yes, but SVU is my favorite so far. Have you watched the episode about a son marrying his step mother? The mother's name is Gloria.

My second favorite tv shows are: Get Smart, White Collar, and Psych.
Narnialover4, I am sorry I have not seen Happy Days. What is it about?

It was a 70's show that was pretty much about teens living in the '50s. Most people who haven't even seen the show know who Fonzie is...

Happy Days also inspired several spin-offs:

- Mork & Mindy: Robin Williams' career really took off after he portrayed alien Mork in a Happy Days episode and got his own series, though M&M was set in contemporary Colorado rather than 1950s Milwaukee.

- Laverne and Shirley: the title characters originally were acquaintances of Fonzie who worked in a 1950s Milwaukee brewery.

- Joanie Loves Chachi: Chachi (Scott Baio) was Fonzie's younger cousin. This series was short-lived and the title characters eventually went back to Happy Days.

The show is also famous for inventing a popular TV trope: jumping the shark - named after an episode in which Fonzie does just that while water skiing. It's come to mean a definitive point in a show where things change - it's just not the same show anymore, and often leads to a downturn in quality and eventual cancellation.

But all night, Aslan and the Moon gazed upon each other with joyful and unblinking eyes.

I loved Happy Days back when I was growing up, watched it on re-runs. Laverne and Shirley are also great, but I dislike their neighbors- Lenny and Squiggy.

I also do remember having seen that episode of Happy Days, and I remember thinking it was over-the-top for Fonzie to jump a shark, in shorts, with his leather jacket still on. and I was a kid when I saw it.

But it did have an excellent run.

What's up with Lenny and Squiggy anyway? Do they have major mental health problems or something?? ( :) )

^Hmmm, I cannot catch up usually because of the schedule of the show. In AXN Beyond, it airs at 11pm Monday, and we have school the other day so, sigh. :( I did watch an episode where

Spoiler
The Korean girl was looking for her husband and Jack offered to help her find him and that's all
.

Two shows coming up I'm rather interested in. The first is The Walking Dead on AMC. A police officer gets shot and is unconscious for a few weeks, wakes up, and finds the world deserted and then populated by zombies. As a Romero fan I'm really looking forward to this one.

Second one is a TV show called Game Night, or something along those lines. It seems to be sponsored by Hasbro and contestants play larger than life versions of classics like Sorry! and Battleship on TV. It looks to be quite a bit of fun. :D

I'm looking forward to The Walking Dead as well, Shadow. AMC has a reputation for creating really excellent television, so I've got high hopes for this one. I've read the first volume of the comic book and thought it was fairly decent, though the characterization was a bit flat. That's something that would naturally change with the translation to television though. I follow Damon Lindelof on Twitter and he posted a link to this really amazing fan made opening credits sequence. Obviously it's not what we'll actually be seeing at the start of every episode, but I thought it was pretty cool. Warning: Contain zombies.

Happy Days sounds like a pretty good tv show, but my parents never really watched it so I hadn't heard of or seen any of the episodes.

EDIT: My third favorite tv shows are: H20:just add water (an Australian tv show, I only really like season 1 and 2.) , Beverly Hillbilles, and I Dream of Jeannie.

sandyentersnarnia, Mariska Hargitay is one of my favorite actresses. I really also like Christopher Meloni. There's like a marathon of SVU episodes this Tuesday, but i have school so guess I'm not watching that.
