Thanks for that MIB update, Warrior. I should check sources a little better (Lostpedia also notes that It has since been officially dismissed by the ABC publicity department, and that its use was for casting calls only, to avoid red flags for fans.).

I'll blame the hot weather around here for my oversight. ;))

I agree, the snippet was nice to see. Michael Emerson is just an excellent actor in this series.

narnian1, "The Serpent's Pass" is one of my favorite episodes from season 2. There's some glorious background animation (notably, when the gang is talking around dusk, and Suki and Sokka are talking too). And

Spoiler
the birth of baby Hope
at the end was a nice touch. "The Drill" begins a series of episodes set in or near Ba Sing Se, culminating in the series finale. Makes me want to dig out the DVDs again. :)

You didn't watch LOST, TOM? Even if you've seen the finale, I'd recommend watching it from episode 1.

But all night, Aslan and the Moon gazed upon each other with joyful and unblinking eyes.

Warrior 4 Jesus, you got the wrong person about Stargate SG-1,
I've never even seen it ;))

stargazer, yes, I loved the episodes. and I loved the teamwork they showed- water, air, and earth bending. Even Sokka helped with Suki too.

Yeah, the first season of Stargate SG-1 is pretty weak. Star Trek: The Next Generation was the same way, with some truly awful shows appearing in the first season.

I didn't mind the newest episode of Covert Affairs. The only part that I don't think is that interesting is the bits with Annie's boss and her husband. I just don't find them to be as interesting as the rest of the characters. As for there being more action, it's a spy show. Of course there's going to be a lot of action in it.

Haven is loosely based on a Stephen King story, but the pilot episode's paranormal situation was pretty much a direct copy of a specific episode of X-Files.

Spoiler
Both the Haven episode and the X-Files episode dealt with people who controlled the weather with their emotions.

Bookwyrm, but that storyline in the X-Files is hardly new. I'm pretty sure it also happened in the classic Avengers series from the 1960's.

The 2nd half of the 1st Season of SG-1 (that I've seen so far) is so much better than the first part.

Shadowlander: Ugh, I know. Thanks though! :) LOST really is a great show! I learn a lot from it!

Warrior 4 Jesus: Insufficient time! :( Can't find time to watch and finish it!

Avatar: Book 2

Just finished it. Great finale, all I will say is: Zuko is taking me on a wild ride. ~x(

Haha I like Zuko as a character. He's very complicated which makes him a good story.

the only thing I was disappointed in, but knew would happen is

Team Edward and Team Jacob are overrated. I'm Team Avatar!

I want to see that spoiler, however, is it for Book 3? I haven't started that one yet so I wouldn't want to ruin that for myself.

narnian1, it's kind of a spoiler for the entire series. It's more of a general thing, but I'd definitely have considered it spoilerish. Actually, if I'd read it before I saw the whole show, I would've been 'spoilered'. ;))
Yeah, Zuko is an interesting character. ;)) As you said, it's quite the ride, but I think it's worth it. :)
I'm a bit curious---what do you think Will you be able to start the last season soon? :)

Some days you battle yourself and other monsters. Some days you just make soup.

ValiantArcher,
ok, I won't read that spoiler then to be safe.

Spoiler
why did he turn this time? Gosh, I don't know for sure. I don't think it said it like before. I do notice he is one person when he is only with his uncle. Enter Sister and and he changes. Aside of his honor being restored, I think he might be ashamed to take the road his uncle told him, to much pride in front of his sister. And I think he's a much better person than she is, I wish he'd beat her for once too (though I shouldn't encourage rivalry between siblings)
.

Book 3 I will begin tomorrow.

SillyGoose, I think you're the first one I've come across on NWeb who likes

Spoiler
Katara/Zuko
better than the canon ship.

I just finished the final season of Battlestar Galactica (Season 4). The series had it's ups and downs but overall it was amazing. I wasn't at all disappointed with the finale. Highly recommended for mature audiences.

Bookwrym, I just think

narnia1, haha yeah if you haven't seen season 3 yet, you shouldn't take a look at that spoiler.

LOL, I meant to say that I agreed with you on that ship, but looks like I left that out. ;)) I never could take the canon ship seriously because

Spoiler
Aang looks so young compared to Katara
.
