I play on facebook, and on the app. I basically use the app during class, but my main gameplay is via facebook.

I admit I've officially reached the fed-up stage of trying to catch the stupid Reaper Mouse that we've been after for how many days now? I want to say six. Might be five. You'd think that five people going after one mouse wouldn't be so difficult but we've just had rotten luck. I've had less trouble catching a Black Widow for maps! I think I'm the only person who has attracted one and I got a FTC. Well, after much pain and suffering, I found online that you're three more times likely to attract a Reaper with Ancient Cheese in the FG, so that's where I'm at now and will remain until someone catches him.

I'm doing trains in the evening to take breaks from the frustrating Reaper chasing. And as soon as the FG starts to be closed during the day instead of overnight, I'll do trains then... assuming we still haven't caught the Reaper.

All I know is that whenever we do finally catch him, I'm so done with the Halloween event.

ETA: At 4:00pm Central time I FINALLY caught a Reaper. Yay!!! But since it was a Halloween map instead of an Undead map, I didn't get the theme piece I want, so I'm doing an Undead map now. And it doesn't have a Reaper on it.

I am on an Undead map now, so once I finish that and catch my second boss mouse (or vice versa), I'll cash in my stuff and be done with the event.

For those who were waiting to decide on the Scary S.L.A.C. II skin, an image has surfaced. I'm undecided on it still. The pitchfork is a bit more than I'd like. I do wish they could have some more like Zugzwang's Nightmare (my all time favorite skin).

I still need the Gourdborg for my assignment.
I did a 2-player tourney with Rebekah, and she kept getting the Gourdborg and I kept getting the Mousevina (which I've bronzed now ).

And with all the Gourdborgs and Mousevinas we were getting (and a Swamp Thang that she got) - we won the tourney!
It was her first gold trophy, and my first trophy altogether

It was a 12 hrs tourney and netted me 18 tokens. Only 6 more, and I can buy the Silver Tournament Base. Two or three tourneys should do the trick.

A team with GATs and Golden bases (we used Acronym and SJB) were following us closely after we caught up with them, but in the end - we won!

Jacob dropped a spoiler first thing this morning on Art FBF. This year once they finished up the Halloween content, the devs started cranking on developing a whole new area. I don't think it will be out before Christmas, but I got the impression that we won't have to wait long afterwards. Normally the events are too involved to do this, but they've managed to really get cranking on new, desperately needed, content. Jacob also said that his girlfriend Sarah, and their friend Lauren will be helping with the artwork for the new area to speed that aspect up. So, Jacob is drawing a low-level mouse for the new area (possibly two). He's not really revealing much about it, but we may get a hint as to what the new area is like based on this mouse/mice.

This is just speculation, but I bet they'll release the last bit of Train content after the Halloween event ends.

Meanwhile, personal progress... after days and days of being stuck on the Halloween map, we burned through an Undead map, and I got the last two collectibles and left Halloween Town. I'm currently in Muridae Market hunting Relic Hunters, and I have a train starting in less than two hours. Now that I'm done with Halloween stuff, I'll be doing train rides again, so feel free to jump on board with me if you see me doing one.

I'll probably do another event run to try for that Gourdborg. I've caught him before, so why not again? I don't want to smash that assignment when I've spent so long on it and got everything else.

So Jacob is drawing a mouse walking on corks in polluted water. He's carrying a toothpick weapon and wearing a thumbtack on his head. Hmmm.... (I'll post a pic here later when he gets done.) He also showed a pic his girlfriend Sarah drew that I think is a tad on the not-so-family-friendly side due to lack of clothing, but it was still pretty cool. It was a Medusa looking mouse, but instead of snakes, her hair was kelp or seaweed or something.

Anyways, some kind of watery area next. Swamp and sewer locations have both been thrown out as suggestions.

ETA again: We got our first Tycoon rating on a train ride. There were only 5 participants total... four of us and one random other person. I guess that just goes to show how many tag-a-longs there are on a regular train ride.
I didn't notice any extra bonus loot, but that could have been because it was only six hours.

I only buy the trap skins that I'm going to actually use, though - like the Acronym Dragonbreath skin, which I'm using during this event.

I thought about trying to sell a Witch's Brew Skin on the Marketplace, since I had a spare. But when I checked, the suggested price was only 10,000 gold, so I couldn't be bothered. And now even more people get it dropped for free - I've got 5 at the moment

One that I bought for dollars but never really liked, was the Extremely Enraged Rhinobot Skin. As the price was much better, I tried to sell it soon after the event started, and I've checked the Marketplace occasionally to see my price range slowly moving towards the bottom of the list. Yesterday I thought that it would only take some patience, and then I would get there - and half an hour ago, I sold it!

I must return to the Marketplace to claim 1,500,000 gold.

Will come in handy if I need to buy a Sphynx Crystal soon ...

I'm now splitting my time between helping people out with their last minute maps (I think my sister is the last person who hasn't completed an Undead map that wants to?) and train rides (yay!). I'm doing 12hr train rides during the day and hunting in the Halloween area for the other 12hrs.
I need 10 Copper and 67 Tin for the next trap. Then I'll use my stockpile of Magmatic Crystal Charms that I've been hoarding and hopefully catch those last two mice I'm still missing.

I've been looking for a group of players in an active community and found all of yall and was intrigued based on my love of Narnia and mousehunt when I found your forum. Does anybody still need help completing an Undead treasure map to get their Undead Theme Piece before the event ends? If not, I'm going back to train rides full time.

Hey everyone, hope you're having a Terrific Tuesday! Just to give everyone a little bit more information about me I'm currently a Count who is working on catching up with everyone after having taken a year break from the game. Most of my friends who I used to play with have way bypassed me and I'm stuck trying to make it in the areas where they have long left. Currently I'm in the Haunted Territories doing the maps because they're easy charms but once the event is over I'll be back to farming gold. I've made 10million of the 15million I will need to purchase the last piece of SBM for the Sandstorm Bot. After that I haven't decided whether to head forward to the LG or begin working on the train.

Tournaments were added during the year I was gone and I have yet to find a group of people to join for that purpose either so I know that'll be something eventually I'll want to try out.

One question for yall... I have 12 cobwebs and I'm debating what to spend them on. I'm looking for something that'll be an investment. Any advice on which trap skin to throw them into? In addition advice on what to spend candies on is also appreciated!
