It looks like Seasoned Gouda, although my journal doesn't make a note of the type of cheese I used to make the specific catch. I had made some before I caught him, so I think I likely loaded my trap with it.

Well I got really lucky today and got both new mice pretty quickly. I caught both with Seasoned Gouda for those that are curious.

Back to hunting the Scrooge Mouse and Gladiator Mouse again. Someday....

Oh Missile Toe... Oh Missile Toe... I wonder where you are... I have yet to catch a Missile Toe. I have two Wreath Thieves, but no icicle drop. I'm about ready to go back to SB. I haven't caught the Ghost of Christmas Present yet either. Ah well... one hunt at a time.

FK, I haven't caught any of the new mice, and am getting worried about making the upgrade :S

On a brighter note, I did catch my wreath thief tonight at 8:45, and it dropped my icicles. I was using CCT, GB Base and GB cheese.

On the up side, I do have more frozen fromage. I've got 4 or 5 pieces now. I'll either catch the missile toe or I won't. I may switch back to SB tomorrow to help up my attraction rate. And go back to my CCT/magma setup. I'm using seasoned gouda at the moment in hopes of catching the ghost of christmas present.

Hi guys, I just wanted to say that I have 1 extra of the first three parts to the new Christmas trap if anyone needs them. Also, if I could get 2 festive candies, that'd be great. I need them for the Gingerbread House trap.

Currently, I'm using seasoned Gouda and a trap combo of Christmas Cracker and Birthday Base. It's done fairly well against everything except Harpy mice. I don't think I've even attracted any of the Winter Past/Present/Future mice yet.

I don't think you can give those st. If you can, would you let me know how?

That's correct. Trap parts must be collected by yourselves. Last night when I got up to check the lunar eclipse, I found I had caught not one, but two Scrooge Mice and both had dropped Hearts of Ice. When it rains it pours I guess. So now I'm just left with the Gladiator to drop the Ski Sign.

Yup! So all I lack is the loot drop from the Mouse of Christmas Present. That one I expect to take a bit to catch. It isn't exactly an easy mouse to catch.

Really? I could have sworn the page said they were tradeable/giveable. But now that I check it seems I was wrong. Weird.

I caught both Ghosts today, and both dropped the loot items! Huzzah!!!!! I just need the gladiator's ski sign, and the last mouse's loot items. FK, do you think (since that gladiator is part of the derr tribe) that it would be attracted to crunchy cheese? It might be a way to weed out the other mice.

The Double Diamond Adventure Trap (upgraded Toboggan Trap, stats currently unknown)....
Gladiator Mouse - drops the Ski Sign
Stealth Mouse - drops the Climbing Pitons
Mouse of Winter Past - drops the Lava Bucket
Mouse of Winter Present - drops the Festive Mines
Mouse of Winter Future - drops the Misplaced Missile Cone

Once you've collected the parts of the Explosive Toboggan Ride you'll be able to exchange them at the Festive Comet Trapsmith along with 10,000 gold for the trap. If you wish to upgrade the Explosive Toboggan Ride, carefully dismantle it with your hunters hammer and craft the resulting parts together with all five upgrade pieces. The container of lava requires a metal with a high melting point to ensure the lava does not melt through its container.

Which... if I am reading that right means you'll have the smashed trap, the five upgrade dropped parts, and another metal part (probably those stupid, expensive Tiny Platinum bars again), so 7 parts total. You'll have to be at least a Hero in status to craft it. But as far as I can tell, as long as you collect all the parts before the event ends, you'll be able to craft it when you reach the correct status.

And last but not least....
Squeaker Claws!!! Drops, some uber gift from the King of Gnawnia. And will require Frozen Fromage (turns into Nutmeg Cheese?) to catch him (Thursday)

Everything but the Festive Mines for me. I've caught one Mouse of Christmas Present, so hopefully the next one will drop it.

My Frozen Fromage count has finally begun to climb. I'm up to five pieces.

I've got the first 4 items for the Explosive Toboggan Ride trap...but none of the upgrade parts yet...

I did catch a Mouse of Winter Past, but he didn't drop any loot. Hopefully, if I catch him again, he'll drop something...Other than him, I haven't caught any of the Mice with the upgrade parts.

I have 3 Frozen Fromages, but I haven't gotten anymore recently...I hope that will be enough or I'll get a few more before they release Squeaker Claws...

I finally caught a Scrooge Mouse that had a Heart of Ice yesterday along with a Wreath Thief with Icicles (thanks for the Super!Brie, FK!). Still waiting on Christmas Present.......

Out of curiosity, is Gilded Cheese used for anything other than catching the Master Burglar? I already caught one with the Crown Jewel and got a King's Gauntlet Floor Plan. Are there other floor plans later in the game?
