Get the SS. Huntington II map piece
There is no map piece. You merely have to craft the ship in order to have access to it. Then again, that's a 1.3 million dollar crafting (or thereabouts). So you'll need some gold.
Get the Subterranean and BBB mice in the Town of Digby
Both of which you'll be able to nab with ACRONYM
Get a Hydro Trap and the Digby Drill Bot
For hydro traps, I went with the harpoon gun, but it's entirely up to you. The Harpoon gun has a nice power bonus, but zero luck. The Net Cannon has 5 luck, but zero power bonus. At any rate, both are upgradeable to the Ancient Spear Gun. As for the Digby Drillbot, it's great that you wanna get one, but if you got the Birthday Candle Kaboom trap during the birthday event, it should at least get you through Derr long enough to craft the Rhinobot (which requires Digby Drillbot parts anyways). So don't feel like you have to get one right now. After all. . . your going to get slaughtered in Derr Dunes either way. . . everybody does

I meant that I refer to anything that opens a new location as a map piece, whether it's a map or not. But the only thing left that I need is the King's Bubbleh. I already crafted the Unchristened Ship. Sorry for the confusion

Oh dear Well thanks for the warning

-Get the Wight, Lich, and Acylote Mice
This is the only bit I foresee you having major trouble with in the order you listed (though I know you did say the order was rough ). The Acolyte Mouse can be caught with the ACRONYM trap, but you have a 3.5% chance of doing so. The Ancient Box Trap will bump that chance up quite a lot, and you have to complete most of the Tribal Isles to get it.

I'm trying to remember wolf, did you get the Candy Cane Base? I don't think you did, but on the offchance I'm remembering wrong, the Net Cannon would be a little better. But if you didn't, I'll second DiGs's recommendation of the Harpoon Gun.
So this new area is interesting. My catch rate is about 50%, but the mice aren't worth as much gold, points, or maybe even leveling amount as the Fiery Warpath mice are. In fact, it seems pretty clear that you're meant to return to the Warpath after completing this area. Or switch back and forth, so I'm trying to figure out what I want my strategy to be.
But I have caught 5/13 of the new mice so far including, what I'm assuming based on the area description, what was the SuperBrie only mouse so I'm good to go there. And the Desert Architect might just be my new favorite mouse. LOL
I've also got 20 pieces of Limestone Brick so far. 10 more and I can build the Cheese Shoppe!
It might be interesting for you non-science folk to know that Muridae is the taxonomic family to which mice, rats, and gerbils belong.
That's awesome. I did not know that. Sure beats 'Mouse Market' doesn't it?
I did pretty well in the SG overnight, but I still haven't nabbed a Harvester mouse . I had to make a charm and gouda run earlier today. . . there went 160K gold

DiGs, are you making a fair bit of gold in the Seasonal Garden?
Well, after 16 hours of hunting in the new area, I've caught 11/13 of the new mice, and if I'm reading everything correctly, that's likely all I'll be able to catch until I build the charm shoppe.
On the loot side of things, I've accumulated 50 Limestone Bricks, 13 Coconut Timber, and 28 Shards of Glass. I've actually got enough supplies to build the Cheese Shoppe right now (it costs 30 Bricks) but as I made a cheese run the day before the new location opened, I'm very well stocked on cheese right now, so I'm going to go ahead and skip it and go for the General Store instead. (It costs 60 Bricks and 40 Timber.) Hopefully I'll get that today.
I also decided that my strategy is going to be to hunt here until I've built the General Store, and then the Charm Shoppe. After that, I'll go back and forth between the Market and the Warpath. The Warpath still has the better traps, and I really want the Sphynx and Oasis.
ETA: Just caught this little guy.... I like this catch.
8:37 am - Muridae Market
I sounded the Hunter's Horn and was successful in the hunt! I caught a 2 oz. Desert Architect Mouse worth 10,000 points and 2,400 gold. The mouse also dropped the following loot:
2 Limestone Bricks, 5 Shards of Glass and 10 Coconut Timber
Definitely the most loot I've gotten off of one mouse so far.
ETA 2: The current highest level player in the game has just earned the title Grand Duke. Cool and congrats to him.
Grand Duke, huh? Awesome and congrats to the guy

All these areas I haven't been in yet sound really intriguing! And make me more impatient to move on from the Tribal Isles. It's fun, but that Derr Tribe is getting tiresome. Speaking of: Wolfy, if you have the Birthday Candle Kaboom I suggest using it over the Digby Drillbot in Derr Dunes. It has less power, but a higher power bonus, attraction rate, and luck. Of course, you'll still get creamed, but in the long run it helps.
I was browsing through the Wicki, trying to figure out what I need to do next (other than get 16 million points so I can craft the Rhinobot that is) and noticed that I need a Shadow Trap for Jungle of Dread. I currently have the Sinister Portal, but after playing around with the catch rates on Furoma I probably won't have a hope unless I use Ultimate Power Charms with it. The Gorgon is better, so I'll probably save up and buy that before even attempting Jungle of Dread. I really want the Clockapult of Time though, just 'cause it sounds cool.
And no I do not have the Bithday Candel Kaboom
Anyone watch that feed today with one of the devs drawing the trap... I did and it looked pretty intense. I guess it's supposed to be a shadow trap between the portals and the bottemless grave.

I did indeed, I even made some suggestions. I'd like to think that the droid hiding in the background with the glowing eye was in some way inspired by my suggestion.
Hopefully this link works....?
If it doesn't, you'll have to become a fan of Jacob Johnson (the artist) on Facebook and he's got the trap picture posted right at the top.
The Gorgon is better, so I'll probably save up and buy that before even attempting Jungle of Dread. I really want the Clockapult of Time though, just 'cause it sounds cool.
Good call on the Gorgon. It'll definitely see you through the Jungle. You'll probably want to get the Clockapult though by the time you get to the Seasonal Garden.
Well I got my General Store built today. One down, four more to go. The Charm Shoppe is next! The requirements are 160 Limestone, 100 Timber, and 120 Molten Glass. I have 61 Limestone, 19 Timber, and 49 Molten Glass. So I've a ways to go.
Well I'm happy! I'm currently hunting in the Town of Digby and I switched to Super Brie a few hours ago in hopes of catching the Zombie mouse with the Mouseoleum map piece. So I sounded the horn a while ago and got it!! So right now, I need to invest in some type of shadow trap before heading over there. I'm probably going to get either the Ambrosial Portal or the Sinister Portal. Which would be better? I was looking at the wiki and it looks like the Sinister Portal is the better bet. I have 165k gold so I have enough to buy it. I"m thinking of waiting for a bit and going back the Laboratory to get some more Radioactive Blue Cheese Potions and some more gold. I have 15 potions which is enough to make quite a bit of cheese but I'd like to have a few more before heading to the Mouseoleum.
I definitely recommend the Sinister Portal + Explosive Base combo.
Well, I'm glad I posted last night how many building materials I'd collected so far. I felt like today wasn't the greatest building gathering materials day. Comparing the two helps a lot.
Currently sitting at 116 Limestone, 85 Timber, and 75 Glass. My goal was to finish the Charm Shoppe tomorrow but it may have to wait until Monday... which is just fine. I will survive.
I definetly recommend the Sinister Portal + Explosive Base combo.
Cool, thanks! I already have the Explosive Base so I won't need to buy that. I bought that a long time ago and only just stopped using it once I built the Dehydration Base.
I'm already up to 171k gold (just caught another Zombie mouse and those are work almost 2,700 gold) and I've gotten another Radioactive potion making my total 16. Probably by Monday or late tomorrow I'll head to the Mouseoleum.
DiGs, are you making a fair bit of gold in the Seasonal Garden
I suppose it's relative. I'm not losing money, but Gouda is not cheap cheese, and if I miss a mouse, it's nothing for them to steal five pieces. I'm keeping my head above the water (but I am enjoying the seasonal changes!!!)
The Gorgon is better, so I'll probably save up and buy that before even attempting Jungle of Dread. I really want the Clockapult of Time though, just 'cause it sounds cool.
You will definitely want the gorgon trap before heading in. You thought Derr dunes was bad! Just wait until the Jungle of Dread. I had rather good luck, but a 10% catch rate isn't unheard of. Meanwhile, you'll be getting robbed blind! Just something to think about
The clockapault is the second best (in my opinion) shadow trap in the game. I like the Cackle-Lantern better, because it's got more luck. That being said, the Cackle-Lantern is limited edition, so I don't know whether or not you've got the necessary components to make it.
Congrats to everyone on their recent catches, and goals!
It's winter in the SG, and my DDA is doing quite well. I've already gotten all of the mice except for the Winter Mage. I caught my Harvester mouse in Fall at the very last minute, so all I need is the Winter Mage's key, and I'll be able to enter the tower.

Jungle of Dread...hmmm... sounds dreadful (*is beginning to wonder what is in store for her)
Random question: How often does the season change in the seasonal gardens?

I think every 3 days 8 hours. So basically two seasons a week.
11:27 pm - Muridae Market
I rebuilt the Charm Shoppe!I can now purchase new charms, such as the Artisan Charm which attracts mice that carry Papyrus.
I was rewarded with:
30 Artisan Charms and 10 Lucky Power Charms
Just barely made it tonight. LOL
I'll still be staying at the Market long enough to catch the Blacksmith Mouse (I just got the Mage Weaver, Woot!) and stock up on a few charms to make the Fiery Warpath a lot easier. After that I'll be heading back to the Warpath for another Victory! Then return to the Market to complete more buildings.
ETA: Well, 6 minutes later, I caught the Blacksmith Mouse too, so now I have all of the non-Event mice again. yay! I stocked up on VERY EXPENSIVE charms and have headed back to the Fiery Warpath in hopes of getting a new trap piece.
