Well, I have all the gold that I need for my Sinister Portal but I'm going to stay in the GGW until at least tomorrow night so I can collect more potions and do some tourneys for fun. I got my Fairy mouse today, so I have my Lagoon piece all ready to go. After I decide to head out, I'm going to buy my Sinister Portal and explore the Mousoleum and hopefully get my first Furoma map piece.

I have not been doing well gathering Wire Spools. Heating Oils and Frosty Metals continue to drop pretty frequently. I am up to 4 Wire Spools, 11 Frosty Metals and 19 Heating Oils. I may make a second run through the Iceberg once I have enough materials for the Remote Detonator Base and use it as an opportunity to gather Cold Fusion for the Mark II. Also, those bonus chests will come in handy.

25 more feet til I finish the bombing run... I should finish by tomorrow morning.

After this I'm going to the slushy shoreline to harvest materials for my base... then the SG to finish my task... then the library in an effort to get the Mystic King assignment.

Man, I really wish someone had done the Whisker Woods tournament with me because I'm actually managing to say in the top 50% all by myself, although there is still 7 hours to go. If I wake up tomorrow and I've actually placed I will laugh and laugh and laugh...but it *would* be pretty neat! My point total would be even higher because I did get two Fairy mice, but they were both on trap checks, darn it.

C'mon, tournament fairies! Be kind to the solo newbie!

Edit: For those who watch the market (that means you Wolf ), there has been a recent spike in the price of SB+. Don't know what caused it, but I was able to sell a few pieces for a nice profit.

*sits here waiting for FBF to start* It already did sort of start but Ustream is the one having issues today. It didn't want to record so they're trying to fix it. ... And then it didn't want to broadcast. Finally starts....

Giorgio asked what people thought of the Iceburg, a million 'love it' a few 'like it' and one 'hate it'.
People were annoyed that the Oasis was made seemingly obsolete by the Mark III, but Gio confirmed that it only has those good stats in the Iceburg area, the Oasis is still better in other places in the game.

Surprise release after FBF today. Just a few little items going out. Maybe Iceburg tournaments (finally!) and I think some bug fixes?

They have not even started planning for the next new area release. They're going to concentrate on bug fixes for a bit, as well as a few tweaks to the gameplay.
Not spilling the beans on whether or not the Living Garden will be next. (Actually they're not sure yet, they need to look at the schedule.)
They've been working on fixes for the mobile site.
Boost and Endurance tournaments have been pushed to the backburner for now, they hope to revisit them soon.

Some crazy team out there has 26 Gold Trophies (And you all thought I was bad! )

As far as my own progress goes, I'm not getting through the Bombing Run as cleanly and quickly as I would have liked (too many FTAs!!!), I needed to take almost 75 hunts off of my previous run to get all three chests and I'm sitting closer to taking 60-65 hunts off.

Sneaky patch went through. I haven't looked to see what all they've added, but I just caught a Wolfskie that dropped a Sticky Charm which was nice. Then I trotted straight over to the tournaments and sure enough, there were a bunch of Iceburg tournies that had been uploaded. Yay!!

Living Salt

Salt left over from the ocean water that formed the Iceberg combined with Icewing's powerful magic has resulted in this tiny, salty mouse. Penned up for the long trip towards Gnawnia, they are only allowed to roam free once the Iceberg has reached the shores, since their tiny salty feet could destabilize the ice underfoot with too much roaming.

These mice will only appear after all the chests have been smashed and the Iceberg has reached Gnawnia's shores.

Catching one of these mice will allow you to quickly finish off an invasion.

I'll probably save this little guy for last.

I gotta say, I am quite bummed. Just wrapped up my Bombing Run at 240 hunts. I know that doesn't sound too terribly bad, but that was actually a worse run that my first time through by 11 hunts. And that was with the Remote Detonator Base. I had been totally on track for all three chests, but now I'm not sure I can make it work (I have 34 hunts left). Guess we'll see what happens. And there's always next run with the Mark II

Anyways, my team has signed up for the Iceburg tournament that starts in 50 minutes. I'm excited, I hope we do well.

Well, I had a really rocky experience with tourneys today, lol. Last night I did a whisker woods tourney solo and I would have placed but I went to bed and got knocked three places out of a ribbon, lol. I intended to do another one this morning.

Well, I found a few players via the mh forums who wanted me to join them for the tourney, but we had a ton of difficulties getting me on the team and I ended up not getting to play at all. That was really unlucky because I might have been able to place solo, let alone with a team, but oh well. The guy who was organizing the team felt so bad that I missed out that he sent me a really generous gift of sb+ and introduced me to a lot of other mh players. It's actually worked out because I now have a full team for the 24h woods tourney tomorrow and I'm feeling optimistic.

In other news, I moved to the 'zeum today and got my sinister portal, plus a few new mice. The thievery is painful but not *too* bad. And I'm still waiting for that Lycan.

Gymmie, you might PM wolf and see if she's got any room on her team. It's much more fun to hunt with fellow NarniaWebbers

Oh I know, but all my fellow NWebers are non master locations, lol! I'm a satellite player which means I jump from team to team, so I'll definitely be hoping to play with y'all in the future.
