after that, the Reaper's Perch.

If I were you, I'd completely nix the Reaper's Perch from your plans right now, and here are two reasons why:

1. You've got a LOT of expenses coming up right now (ZFM, the two pawn pinchers, the Spellbook Base, the Molten Sharpnel Base if you don't have that yet). After you level up, you'll get into the Baron area, which requires a TON of gold.

2. The only place you'll really use the Reaper's Perch is in the Seasonal Garden, in Autumn, and since you already have that key shard, you can avoid autumn altogether by filling your amplifier in spring and summer. There are no new areas coming up, where you'll need to use the Reaper's Perch.

FK's team is bringing me along on another Warpath tournament today. This one only lasts one day, but I'm still really excited. With our winnings from last night (12 tournament tokens!!!) I was able to purchase my Bronze Tournament Base. ONWARD TO SILVER!!!

I did marginally well overnight in the warpath. My highest streak was only 4, but I did manage to get a lot of the scouts out of the way. My goal today is to clear out all of the archers (nine left), all of the scouts (17 left) and all of the warriors (28 left). I don't know whether I'll go for them, or if I'll start clearing the others (because they're worth more tournie points). We'll see ;))

28-17-9-47-1-8

Quick question, FK. Is the bronze tournament base worth using in a tournament, or are my other bases better?

My next move is to build the Heat Bath. After that, I'll go after ZFM and after that, the Reaper's Perch. (Perhaps in a different order.) To build all of those, I'll need 5,125,750 gold. Gold is a necessity but farming it is a pain. *sigh*

You build whatever traps you want whenever you want to, but I'm going to tell you real fast what is coming up for you that you'd use them in....

Heat Bath
~Winter in the Seasonal Garden
~Tier 7 in the King's Gauntlet
~Silth Mouse in the Lagoon

ZFM
~Summer in the Seasonal Garden
~Zugzwang's Tower
~There are a number of assignments in the Crystal Library that will require this trap.
~Tiers 3&4 in the King's Gauntlet
~The Fiery Warpath until you get your Sphynx Wrath

Reaper's Perch
~Fall in the Seasonal Garden

(I did not include tournaments, but they can all be used for those. ;) )

Something else that you'll need to consider n_a_h is that the Crystal Library is going to require a number of assignments where you have to catch mice with specific traps and bases. While you can get around that to some extent by smashing assignments you don't want, it's going to take you forever.
A couple that I'd recommend getting because they come up several times, the Bamboozler Base (you already have the Aqua Base, yay!) and Zugzwang's Last Move. So I'd suggest including those in your planned expenses.

1. You've got a LOT of expenses coming up right now (ZFM, the two pawn pinchers, the Spellbook Base, the Molten Sharpnel Base if you don't have that yet). After you level up, you'll get into the Baron area, which requires a TON of gold.

n_a_h, I know you have the MSB, and if you want, you can take the Spellbook Base off of your list if you desperately need the gold. But DiGs is right about the two Pawn Pinchers. Those will be required for Z's Tower.

I really look foward to gold crowning my MOJO, which if I do, will be my only gold crown

Wow wil, that's really impressive LOL.

I always hated that third wave, did I mention i think a friend of mine can finish FW within a week? crazy right?

It takes me 2-3 days. ;))

Quick question, FK. Is the bronze tournament base worth using in a tournament, or are my other bases better?

The only way the Bronze Base could possibly be better than what you have is by using it in conjunction with Champion's Charms (and I still think your other bases are better). I don't recommend using Champion's Charms in the Warpath except on Wave 4. ;))

FK's team is bringing me along on another Warpath tournament today. This one only lasts one day, but I'm still really excited.

I'll be curious to see how we do today. The good news is that I think the team as a whole is in a better position to get more points. The bad news is that I've already cleared the mages in Wave 3 and that's the easiest way to bring in the points. ;) So at SOME POINT during the tournament I'm going to be stuck on one-pointers again. :P

Thanks for the tips on the Champions Charms fantasia. I went ahead and got some champions charms with the tokens from the last tourney. Not a lot, just like a couple of chests. I'll be going straight into Wave 4 in about one mouse.

It takes me 2-3 days.

:-o :-o :-o :-o :-o :-o :-o :-o

Are you kidding me?! The entire warpath in three days?! It usually takes me that long to do one wave! It usually takes me about 12-14 days to do a run through.

Oh whoops!!! I totally misread wil's post. I thought he said Wave 3. Yeah, a full run takes me about 6-8 days.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Easter event has started.

I'm going to be in the Warpath doing the tournament for the day. I'll probably spend the night at the Chocolate Factory though.

Same rule as always on the gift eggs, I send them to all of my friends who actively play so you'll be rotated in and out. :) And after a couple days if you haven't gotten a Scrambles, I'll send that instead. ;) *sends everyone a gift of Dark Chocolate Charms*

ETA: I have Scrambles and would prefer Gift Eggs please. :) If Marshmellow Monterey or Dark Chocolate Charms come up as a Gift of the day, that'd be my first choice. :)

Does anybody know if the loot eggs (like the warpath egg) are dropping now? Or do you have to complete the event first?

Just caught a CC on a streak of 0 :(

Oh well. . . better than no CC at all ;))

@Digs I believe you have to complete the event first but I'm not sure...

The news post said you needed the Eggscavator in order to search for bonus eggs

I have several Scrambles, so gift eggs or Marshmallow Monterrey or Dark Chocolate charms for me please.

I'm looking forward to the end of the tourney, but we're doing pretty well. Hopefully we can get to a spot where we don't slide too far overnight.

Same here! Don't send me Scrambles :P

As of right now, we're close to top 10% in our tournie right now! There's no way we're going to be able to hold that overnight, but we should definitely be able to place! GO TEAM!!!!

WOW! WOW! WOW! I just caught 10 wardens IN A ROW. No FTCs or FTAs. I've never gotten higher than 3 wardens in a row before. I'm using my gold base and champions charms.

I'm switching over to a monger charm though for the monger. Let's see if I actually get a loot drop this time around.

I have Scrambles as well, so Eggs, Cheese or Charms for me, please. I'm also going to have to rotate gifts. The upper level players are usually the ones I alternate on, so if you don't get one from me for a few days, let me know and I will rectify that.

I've moved to the Factory and so my Furoma Assignment is on hold for the time being.

I also do not need a Scrambles as I already have one. Charms, eggs, and cheese please.

I caught

Ha! I was just getting ready to post on your Facebook page to ask if that was you. At first I thought it was Dot but she said she managed to get the hammer at the last minute. :P ;)) Well congrats on finally being able to open those eggs!

I noticed a little bit ago that they uploaded this cool "see which eggs you can get" link on the head's up display.
This was followed by severe lag, and the link went away again. While it was up I noticed they have

Spoiler
an ECLIPSE EGG!!! ARGGGGGHHHHH!!!!
I'll be leaving that one for last and if I don't get it this year, I'll save up and be ready to get it next year. :PBut it looked like the majority of the new eggs were in the Crystal Library, so I'll probably start off there. :)

I might go after that one first :P
