I'm still missing the cook and the shelder, missed out on both last run though I'm gonna probably wait until I have a good supply of SB+ before I try again.

I'm using Gouda for the Shelder right now because the Wiki says it's attracted to both Gouda and SB+. I used about forty or so pieces of SB+ with which I caught the other two mice I needed (one of which was SB+ only) but I never caught the Shelder. Kind of annoying. I haven't even had any misses in all the time I've ever hunted here which seems to me to be kind of weird.

He is attracted to Gouda, he's just extremely, extremely rare. I believe he's the rarest mouse in that location, if not the game. The key to catching him is a whole lot of patience, from what I've heard.

I'm not surprised that the three of you hunting him right now, ramagut, wolf, and n_a_h, haven't seen him yet. Thankfully if you do attract him, he's easy to catch.

Well Kat and I did really good in the 2 person Valentine's tournament, though admittedly she carried me through. Up to 179 Tokens and another tournament starting in 3 hours. I'm so close to that Gold Base!!!! AHHHHH!!!

I'm just glad the Valentine Event takes place in SSH. I can collect tournament tokens, catch event mice, and try to finish off the SSH mice all at the same time.

I'm up for the Elub one that starts at 1:00 PM EST as well (although I have an exam from 12:30 - 2:18, and although it won't take up the whole time, it will take up a chunk). It'd be a good way for you to gather supplies for fire salt farming? Whaddya say?

I have a class from 12:45-3, so I could only do the first hour ans a half. But I'll leave it up too you.

They're both eight hour tournies. . . so we each miss a bit, but I think we'd be okay. I'm going to poke Dot to see if she wants in too.

I just finished a Valentine's solo tourney. I just barely scraped by in the top 50%. 137 out of 282. That was close. At the beginning, I did farely well catching three mice and getting 30 points in the first hour or two. Then, for the next four hours, I caught nothing. On my last horn blow of the tournament, I caught a ten point mouse which bumped me back into the top 50%. I definetly like tournaments with more participants. It's easier to be on top, I think.

Wolf, out of curiosity, what Hydro trap are you using right now? The Ancient Spear Gun? The Explosive Toboggan Ride? There really isn't an upgrade between Ancient Spear Gun and Oasis Water Node. . . so I'm wondering.

I've stocked up on shell cheese (I've got 44 pieces) so I'm ready to go after some Elub mice
