Here are some picture finally of my quilt.(the star patten is for every second square).
you can view it here(on another forum). http://www.futuramaff.com/showthread.php?t=9585
since it will take me forever to up load them all to here again, also the photos are too big for what is allowed on narniaweb. So resizing them all will just be annoying.
sorry the forum page doesn't work, so here is my quilt.
edit, just wanted to see if it worked.
last my patten fabric
That is sooooooooooo cute!! I honestly don't know a lot about sewing OR video games... but it looks really good! I like the pattern and the color scheme. <3

IlF, I had to pop on and for your quilt job! It's colourful and very neatly done, and wow, I hope you can an excellent grade on that from your teacher.
EDIT: I hope we can get a glimpse of the entire quilt when you've completed it.

That's really neat, ILF! I like the use of sequins for the Pac-Man ghost.
You've been working on this for awhile, right? And do you have a picture of the whole thing so we can see which square is where?

Thanks for the comments. . Yeah i have been working on it for a long time.
I will take a picture of the whole quilt, when it is done but i have only sewn them together in groups of three(in there rows).
My first knitting project in, I think, almost ten years.
I've wanted a pair of handwarmers for a couple of years now, and when I saw a cute pair at a wool festival a few weeks back I couldn't wait any longer. So I made these--and the weather promptly turned hot. Oh well. At least now I have a pair. I have thoughts of making a lacier pair based on a picture in a knitting catalog, but my little sister wants a pair too. These are way to big on her.

Oh, Lady Courage, Pippin is absolutely adorable!! Nice work on his sweater. I'll bet he was a hard model to fit! lol
I'm making my first dress. I've already got it all planned out, so I just need to get the fabric. Wish me luck on my first dress!

I'm sewing a dress for Russia 14th century (has do with my reeacting) I've already cut all the parts out, now all I have to do is sew them together.

I have looked everywhere for white fabric that you can't see through. I can't find anything that will work! All of the white fabric is cheap and you can see through it. I'm not sure what to do.

Yes they do. I knit them specifically to fit my hand, which involved trying them on while the knitting needles were still in the stitches. That was an interesting experience. Crochet is better in that respect, as you only need to worry about loosing one stitch if your needle falls out.
kittengirl, what kind of white fabric are you looking for? Or rather, what do you intend to do with it when you find it? Sometimes, you can use the cheap stuff if you double it: cut two pieces for every one, iron them flat and baste them together before following the pattern. That will render your project fairly opaque. It's like using a lining, only it's called an interlining, and it's a common thing to do.

^^ I'm making a dress out of it. It's acually a costume. I think I'll try a slip under it. Doubling the fabric would be to expensive unless the fabric is dirt cheap. I'm on a tight buget.
