I'm having a problem with one of my posts. It is a post that I have edited several times. This last time it shrunk some of the text and is showing my avatar near the bottom. See picture below. I cut the shrunken text and put it in another post and it was fine. When I tried putting, it back it was shrunken. Any suggestions? Umm....... does anyone know how to get youtube video's onto the forum?? I've been trying all day and i'm getting really frustrated with no results. I've been doing the [youtube][/youtube] thing but it won't work!!

The 'youtube' code is the correct one; however you are probably not putting the right link in between.

You need to put in JUST the video ID code. This can be found by looking at the link to the youtube video you want, or by looking at the Embed code that they offer. It will show an ID code following something a "v=" text. That's the thing that you copy in between the youtube brackets, and that's how it will work.

So, you can or cannot make the PM system send you an email notification for something you send yourself? I can copy and paste PMs into emails or Word docs, but I was trying to BCC some to myself and it didn't send me notifications.

The only thing I can think that might help you would be to copy yourself on the PMs you send; that is, include your username in the "To" field. I haven't tried this myself yet so I don't know if it sends you a notification that you just sent yourself a PM. Might be worth a try.

I did try that, and it didn't work. I was just curious if there was a different way to get the PMs, rather then copying and pasting. Ah, well, it's not that difficult.

Hi, I hope this question hasn't been asked already. I looked through the last two pages and didn't see it.

Lately, when I get email notifications on a topic (or any time I go to the forum) I have to constantly log in, even after I've marked the box that says to log me in automatically. I've had to do this a couple times in a day too. It comes and goes (for example, I haven't had to re-login today --yet, there's still time.) but it's kind of annoying, especially since I make sure to check the login automatically box every time. Is this a problem that others have reported or it just me?

It happens to me sometimes too, but not consistently. I'm thinking it may be something to do with how the browser I'm using interacts with the forum, but I'm not certain .

This same thing happens to me in Firefox. What browser are you two using?

I was having a lot of trouble with Internet Explorer. I mostly use Google Chrome now, and I have occasional trouble with that. I think it has something to do with which Tab I open up Narniaweb with. My guess is that the cookies are Tab specific .
