Hey, I'm EmpressJadis, real name Nicolette Elizabeth, I'm a 12 yo American girl. My mom first read me the Magicians Nephew when I was about four and I first attempted to read them independently when I was about six. I had read all by the time I was seven. I think I've fully read the chronicles about five/six times. ( I'm a good reader . I must have read Voyage of the Dawn Treader like 12 times though. My fave characters always been Edmund. I even named by dog after him! ( Edmund Skandar Francois). Skandar after Skandar Keynes, the actor who plays Edmund. Anyway. That's me!

5. How you learned about NarniaWeb: Internet insomnia and surfing the web for Narnia news.
6. How old were you when you first read the Chronicles: My mom first read the series aloud with me when I was seven. A friend of ours who owns a Christian Book store recommended them after we finished The Exitorn Adventure series by Peggy Downing. I'm 32 now, so it's been a while!
7. How many times have you read the Chronicles: Too many to count..
8. Favorite of the Chronicles: It changes, but right now The Silver Chair.
9. Hobbies and/or interesting things about you: I love to read, mostly mysteries, suspense, and historical fiction. I also enjoy writing mysteries, playing with my dog (Maltese/Shih Tzu/Japanese Spaniel cross), watching gymnastics, and listening to film soundtracks, mostly those of movies too violent for me to enjoy watching because their music is the best. I also like watching the older TV series on DVD (Hart to Hart, Mission Impossible, etc.) and I like listening to the WWII era music like Vera Lynn. This started because of reading WWII fiction, but now it also makes me feel closer to my grandmother, who passed away a couple of years ago. My favorite song from then is "Coming In On A Wing & A Prayer." And last but most important, I'm a lifelong Christian.

9. Hobbies and/or interesting things about you: I started a small business /craft shop when I was 10. I love Photography, anything artsy or crafts, website creation, and reading. I think C. S. Lewis is one of the greatest authors of all times (His Space Trilogy and Mere Christianity are AMAZING). I throw the Javelin and do Archery. My Siblings (and mom) think I'm weird when I quote Narnia... . I'm a christian!

5. How you learned about NarniaWeb: I can't remember exactly, but I think that I searched online for Narnia websites after watching Prince Caspian, and a lot of news that I read on a site dedicated to Narnia in my country were from here, so I decided to check and here I am!

I'm from Brazil, I'm vegetarian, I have a dog and I write books, but I've never published any of them, haha. I love animation and I was taking japanese classes for a year, but I had to stop because of university. I'm extremely shy, too. I love the Edwardian and Victorian ages and... I don't know what else I can say!
