From the movie How To Steal A Million (1966)
Simon Dermott: [reviving Nicole from her faint] I'm the one that's bleeding!
Nicole Bonnet: Don't be such a baby, it's only a flesh wound!
Simon Dermott: Happens to be my flesh.
Nicole Bonnet: For a burglar you're not very brave, are you?
Simon Dermott: I'm a society burglar. I don't expect people to rush about shooting me!
Simon Dermott: Why must it be this particular work of art?
Nicole Bonnet: You don't think I'd steal something that didn't belong to me, do you?
Simon Dermott: Excuse me, I spoke without thinking.
Nicole Bonnet: I feel like I'm going to faint!
Simon Dermott: Don't, there's no room.
Simon Dermott: [to Nicole, in the museum] Okay, you're the boss. Just do as I tell you.

Here are a bunch of quotes from The Emperor's New Groove:
I'll turn him into a flea, a harmless little flea. And then I'll put that flea in a box, and I'll put that box inside another box, and I'll mail that box to myself. And when it arrives--HA HA--I'll SMASH IT WITH A HAMMER! It's brilliant I tell you! Genius I say! Or--to save on postage, I'll just poison him with this!

Random soldier
Chica: So remind me again how you're related to Pacha?
Yzma: Why I'm his third cousin's brother's wife's step-niece's great aunt . . . twice removed
Yzma: Tell us where the talking llama is and we'll burn your house to the ground.
Kronk: Don't you mean 'or'?
Yzma: UGH! Fine. Tell is where the talking llama is or we'll burn your house to the ground.
Chaca: Well, which is it? That seems like a pretty crucial conjunction!
One of these days you're going to end up all alone . . . and you'll have no one to blame but yourself.

Vizzini: No more rhymes! I mean it!

Inigo: Do you have six fingers on your right hand?
Westley: Do you always begin conversations this way?
Inigo: I give you my word as a Spaniard.
Westley: No good. I've known too many Spaniards.

I enjoyed your Emperor's New Groove ones, Lady Haleth. That's one of my all-time favourite films. The screenplay and dialogue is seamless and brilliant. I probably laugh hardest while watching it than I do at any other film.

On a more serious note:

"No stars gleam as brightly as those which glisten in the polar sky. No water tastes so sweet as that which springs amid the desert sand. And no faith is so precious as that which lives and triumphs through adversity. Tested faith brings experience. You would never have believed your own weakness had you not needed to pass through trials. And you would never have known God’s strength had His strength not been needed to carry you through."
— Charles H. Spurgeon
"We are so little, that if God should manifest His greatness without condescension, we should be trampled under His feet; but God, who must stoop to view the skies, and bow to see what angels do, turns His eye yet lower, and looks to the lowly and contrite, and makes them great."

Just adding in a few FotR quotes.
[quote="J.R.R. Tolkien, in The Fellowship of the Ring,":289emh2l]‘I wish it need not have happened in my time,’ said Frodo.
‘So do I,’ said Gandalf, ‘and so do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us. And already, Frodo, our time is beginning to look black.’
[quote="J.R.R. Tolkien, in The Fellowship of the Ring,":289emh2l]‘Behind that there was something else at work, beyond any design of the Ring-maker. I can put it no plainer than by saying that Bilbo was meant to find the Ring, and not by its maker. In which case you also were meant to have it. And that may be an encouraging thought.’
[quote="J.R.R. Tolkien, in a conversation between Frodo and Gandalf about Gollum in The Fellowship of the Ring,":289emh2l]
‘I can’t understand you. Do you mean to say that you, and the Elves, have let him live on after all those horrible deeds? Now at any rate he is as bad as an Orc, and just an enemy. He deserves death.’
‘Deserves it! I daresay he does. Many that live deserve death. And some that die deserve life. Can you give it to them? Then do not be too eager to deal out death in judgment. For even the very wise cannot see all ends.’
[quote="J.R.R. Tolkien, in The Fellowship of the Ring,":289emh2l]‘What strength have we for the finding of the Fire in which it was made? That is the path of despair. Of folly I would say, if the long wisdom of Elrond did not forbid me.’
‘Despair, or folly?’ said Gandalf. ‘It is not despair, for despair is only for those who see the end beyond all doubt. We do not. It is wisdom to recognize necessity, when all other courses have been weighed, though as folly it may appear to those who cling to false hope. Well, let folly be our cloak, a veil before the eyes of the Enemy! For he is very wise, and weighs all things to a nicety in the scales of his malice. But the only measure that he knows is desire, desire for power; and so he judges all hearts. Into his heart the thought will not enter that any will refuse it, that having the Ring we may seek to destroy it. If we seek this, we shall put him out of reckoning.’
‘At least for a while,’ said Elrond. ‘The road must be trod, but it will be very hard. And neither strength nor wisdom will carry is far upon it. This quest may be attempted by the weak with as much hope as the strong. Yet such is oft the course of deeds that move the wheels of the world: small hands do them because they must, while the eyes of the great are elsewhere.’

Here are some recent favorites of mine. Most of them are humorous, but some are actually somewhat profound...at least I think they are.
The trouble with quotes on the internet is that you can never be sure whether they are reliable or not.
It's a matter of professional integrity! No woman wants to marry a doctor who can't tell if a man's dead or not.
It's so overt, it's covert.
Something's terribly amiss. I've been putting two and two together ever since I woke up in the bath and I keep getting five.
If Eve hadn't eaten the apple, would we all have had symmetrical features and great bone structure? Or would we just not have cared?
I never travel without my diary. One should always have something sensational to read in the train.
Who, being loved, is poor?
I'm like kryptonite to men. Kryptonite dipped in cellulite.
But you're idealists. That's the problem. In the fallen world ideals are easily shattered and then you have a disillusioned idealist, which is almost worse than a cynic. No. I think you need to be a romantic in order to survive, because it doesn't make sense to be one. It never does. That's the whole point.
Behold, what I have seen to be good and fitting is to eat and drink and find enjoyment in all the toil with which one toils under the sun the few days of his life that God has given him, for this is his lot. Everyone also to whom God has given wealth and possessions and power to enjoy them, and to accept his lot and rejoice in his toil--this is the gift of God. For he will not much remember the days of his life because God keeps him occupied with joy in his heart
I love the Rich Mullins quotes...and all of the quotes from "How To Steal A Million". I just watched that movie for the first time in a long time the other evening. It is too hilarious!
Happy quoting and God bless!

"Wait," J.C. said, sauntering up. "Ivy, you think we're missing something, but you don't know what it is, and have no clue what it might be?"
"Basically," Ivy said.
"Hey, skinny," he said to me, "I'm thinking I'm missing a million dollars, but I don't know why, or have any clue as to how I might have earned it. But I'm really sure that I'm missing it. So if you could do something about that ..."

“Such nonsense!" declared Dr Greysteel. "Whoever heard of cats doing anything useful!"
"Except for staring at one in a supercilious manner," said Strange. "That has a sort of moral usefulness, I suppose, in making one feel uncomfortable and encouraging sober reflection upon one's imperfections.”
O glorious hour it comes with speed
When we from sin and darkness freed,
Shall see the GOD who died for man,
And praise Him more than angels can.
The Way of the Righteous In the Muck of Life: Psalm 8 by Dale Ralph Davis
“What is man...or the son of man?’ Why should a mere speck of dust on the light years of God's calendar matter to him? David at least has no doubt that he does matter; he's just baffled to bits over why. When he says, ‘What is man?’, he is not asking a question but making an exclamation---he is really saying, ‘What a God!’ He is not posing a mental teaser; he is engaging in breathless praise."
So often we try to make other people feel better by minimizing their pain, by telling them that it will get better (which it will) or that there are worse things in the world (which there are). But that's not what I actually needed. What I actually needed was for someone to tell me it hurt because it mattered.
~attributed to John Green. He did say some things very much like that, and perhaps said or wrote that exact thing at some point ... or maybe someone just took what he said and refined it. Thus far, Google has failed me.

When you reach a destination you thought you couldn't make.
“Ten orders. We were loved, once. Why have you forsaken us, Almighty! Shard of my soul, where have you gone?”
“A man stood on a cliffside and watched his homeland fall into dust. The waters surged beneath, so far beneath. And he heard a child crying. They were his own tears.”
“They are aflame. They burn. They bring the darkness when they come, and so all you can see is that their skin is aflame. Burn, burn, burn….”
“Three of sixteen ruled, but now the Broken One reigns.”
"He watches! The black piper in the night. He holds us in his palm... playing a tune that no man can hear!"
“I’m standing over the body of a brother. I’m weeping. Is that his blood or mine? What have we done?”
“He must pick it up, the fallen title! The tower, the crown, and the spear!”
“A woman sits and scratches out her own eyes. Daughter of kings and winds, the vandal.”
“The death is my life, the strength becomes my weakness, the journey has ended.”
“They come from the pit, two dead men, a heart in their hands, and I know that I have seen true glory.”
“I see them. They are the rocks. They are the vengeful spirits. Eyes of red.”
“That chanting, that singing, those rasping voices.”
“Above silence, the illuminating storms—dying storms— illuminate the silence above.”
