Aslanisthebest, I've only heard the first single off of it, I've had it for some time now. I haven't had a chance to listen to any of the other songs though. Hoping to get it soon.

We got We Cry Out: The Worship Project by Jeremy Camp for Christmas. It’s great, I really like it. My favorite songs on it are Jesus Saves, Not Ashamed, The Way, and Everlasting God.

All great. Overcome is terrific as well. Everlasting God, his cover is nice but I prefer Chris Tomlin's from several years ago. Still, this is my favorite Jeremy Camp CD overall.

So, worship leader Kari Jobe's new CD finally came out today:

Anyone plan on listening to it?

I quick listened, it's much better than her 1st CD, this is faster.

Switchfoot is coming to my university this April! Whoo-hooo!
On another note, a friend on facebook gave me a link to this site that lets you download free samples of music (just a few songs by one particular artist.) I downloaded a few songs of Sky Sailing and Port Blue! I love "Brielle," and "I Live Alone." :)

I currently listening to Kutless's first single from Believer, Carry Me To The Cross. It's really good. I hope my brother gets the CD when it comes out at the end of the month. :D My brother has almost all of Kutless's CDs now. :)

Lady Haleth: sounds pretty cool - can you tell us what site that is? :)

On another note, Audrey Assad has a new CD coming out, "heart"

She has a video out now, "Blessed Are The Ones". It's pretty good, if you like her type of music/singing. Which I do.

Here's a link to her website for more info:

(anyone know how to get the background image that's on the site?)

Anyway, I'm really looking forward to this CD. And Britt Nicole's new one too. :p SO MUCH GOOD MUSIC COMING OUT - SO LITTLE CA$H!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LoL

Britt Nicole is coming out with a new cd? Awesome! I have both her other CDs and I really like her. I haven't listend to her music in forever though. I get on kicks where all I'll listen to is a certain genre. I've been on a contemporary country kick for about six months now. :p

Speaking of which, I've heard some great new country on Pandora recently. Darius Rucker has two awesome songs Alright and This. I've also really started like Kenny Chesney. He has some awesome songs. I really like Reality, Boys of Fall, I Go Back, Beer in Mexico, and Somewhere With You (not a great song in many respects but there's one line that I love: "I could go out any night of the week/And go home with anybody I meet/But it's just a temporary high/Cause when I close my eyes/I'm somewhere with you").

Lady Antebellum has some great new(ish) music out: Just a Kiss and We Owned the Night are the two best ones (in my opinion) off their latest album. Oh, and I was watching the music video for Just a Kiss and the girl in the music video is wearing the exact same day pack that I have!!! It's from REI. ;;) I am way too happy about that. :p

And the last awesome country song is by Blake Shelton. It's called God Gave Me You and it's an really sweet awesome song.

Here's the music site. The 'Adam Young Sampler,' as they call it, has two songs by Owl City (The Real World and Umbrella Beach), two by Sky Sailing (Brielle, and I Live Alone), and two by Port Blue (Silver Blueberry, and In the Dolphin Tank). I like Brielle the best.

narnian_at_heart: yup. She has a new single out: "All This Time". It's pretty good. Only bad thing with singles is that you get so excited about the new CD coming out, you listen to the single - over - and over - and over. :p And then by the time the CD comes out, you're SO very SICK of the single. :p Kinda like "the Lost Get Found".

Liberty Hoffman: You're in shock? O brother...(just teasing) :p Have you ever tried Relient k? They remind me of Hawk Nelson. Might soothe your mourning. :)

Lady Haleth: Thank you very much for the link. So...do they have alot of singers, and you just download a little bit of each? Or what?

They only have a few singers there. Sky Sailing and Port Blue are the other names that Adam records under. They collected two of each of those songs, and two Owl City songs together and put them on a free download.

O okay, thanks. :)

Does anyone like Celtic Woman? They came out with a new CD, Believe, and it's very good. As always. :)

Not my favorite group, but they do have quite a few songs I really enjoy. And you are right, it won't be the same without Jason Dunn. If one thing changes a group, it's when the lead leaves.

So, are there any other people on NarniaWeb besides me who are big Bohemian Rhapsody fans?

As odd as the song is, I've grown to love it and I have multiple versions of it. It seems to be the sort of song that can fit within any genre of music. There's even a bluegrass version and a polka version. (Not to mention a very humorous version done by the Muppets).

I like the original done by Queen, but surprisingly, my favorite is the R&B cover done by The Braids. Not a very well known version of the song, but very underrated in my opinion. :)

Has anyone here ever heard of the band Rend Collective Experiment? They're Christian band in Northern Ireland, and have some really cool songs! This is my really great song from them called "Come On My Soul". You can watch the music video here.
