Snow, dreadful snow :( . I have to admit that this morning the new, fluffy snow looked rather Narnian and beautiful but after it snowing practically all day with a little rain mixed in all we have is a slushy, unattractive mess. :(

Wahoo snow, but we didn't get a snowday. Alas there wasn't enough.

The sun is out for a second straight day here, though more snow is moving in tonight. :)

The crazy winter weather in the US is continuing, with winter storm warnings posted for areas like Dallas, Louisiana, and even the panhandle of Florida - areas that usually don't get much snow. It's snowing in Dallas as I type.

And 'southern' cities like Philadelphia and Washington DC are setting all-time season snowfall records, and at the moment have received more snow this winter than we have here in Minnesota. (for example, Washington receives only about 14 inches of snow in an average winter but is now over 50 inches).

But all night, Aslan and the Moon gazed upon each other with joyful and unblinking eyes.

...and other areas that used to get feet of snow only have an inch, Like here in NY. It is nice to have some sun though.

sunny but cold. At the moment seeing the sun only makes me mad. It's like a little tease "look I'm out from behind the clouds. But I don't feel like doing my job of melting the snow and keeping you warm." X( :(( :( :p

We received a little more snow last night, the pretty kind with the big fluffy flakes.

It was noted on NBC Nightly News that 49 of the 50 US states have some form of snow cover at the moment (Hawai'i's peaks being the exception; that state remains snowless). This is a rather unusual circumstance, since the far southeast US doesn't get snow all that often.

But all night, Aslan and the Moon gazed upon each other with joyful and unblinking eyes.

It was c-cold-d-d today, I went with my dad to the garage, and I was afraid my toes would freeze off. Luckily they didn't. I might go sledding tomorrow, just as long as our one inch of snow doesn't melt.

I think I have shoveled enough snow. I am ready for spring to begin.

It's SNOWING!!! I'm happy, :D . I don't know if I'll get outside to enjoy it, but I have all week off, so maybe I'll get out at somepoint.
