[Closed] Copyright question

Hi everyone!

I just have a little question regarding copyright and I hope someone can help me!

I am in Australia and am planning to register a business using "Perelandra" as part of the business name. After Googling and checking the business names register here, there are other businesses using this name but doing totally different things.

My question is: am I allowed to use names created by C.S. Lewis and is it free, or are loyalties being paid for them? Would anyone know?

Thank you very much in advance!

Aly

Write to the CSLewis Co and ask them.

It is a copyright name as far as I know. Don't get yourself in trouble with it. (at least they will appreciate your asking)

There, shining in the sunrise, larger than they had seen him before, shaking his mane (for it had apparently grown again) stood Aslan himself.
"...when a willing victim who had committed no treachery was killed in a traitor's stead, the Table would crack and Death itself would start working backwards."
