With Christmas around the corner, we might as well figure out what Narnia characters would be on the naughty or nice list. Since Father Christmas makes an appearance in The Lion, The Witch, And The Wardrobe, it would be good to talk about.
Which Narnia character would be on the nice list? Which Narnia character would be on the naughty list?
"And this is the marvel of marvels, that he called me beloved."
(Emeth, The Last Battle)
Lucy - nice list because she's Lucy and doesn't have a mean bone in her body.
Mr. Beaver - naughty list because he knew that the four humans were from a completely different universe, yet acted absolutely shocked when they didn't know about the prophecies.
Glozelle - nice list for ridding us of Miraz (ok, kind of joking about this one).
This is the journey
This is the trial
For the hero inside us all
I can hear adventure call
Here we go
Great thread idea!
Edmund- Naughty... at least for the first few chapters of LWW.
Trumpkin- Naughty, for not believing in lions... especially THE lion.
Trufflehunter- Nice, because.... seriously, what's not to like about a loyal badger with a sense of hospitality?

Nikabrik- naughty for losing faith and bringing in evil creatures
Puddleglum- nice for remaining loyal in tough circumstances
These are only shadows of the real world
The Owls in SC - nice, because they were prepared to help Jill and Eustace, and to carry them part of the way
The mice in LB - nice because they helped Tirian by feeding him when he was tied up, even though they were afraid
The schoolboys in PC - naughty because they tormented their teacher (and got turned into pigs)
There, shining in the sunrise, larger than they had seen him before, shaking his mane (for it had apparently grown again) stood Aslan himself.
"...when a willing victim who had committed no treachery was killed in a traitor's stead, the Table would crack and Death itself would start working backwards."
Nice List
- Aravis - she may be arrogant but in the end, she recognizes her errors and corrects her immature behavior
- Shasta - he has his own attitude problems but, he displays honor and courage when other wouldn't (namely Bree)
- Hwin - she is gentle and compassionate and tries to encourages those around her
Naughty List
- Jadis - she took over Narnia and left it in eternal winter and she killed Aslan
- Rabadash - he has ego problems and does not appear to be apologetic about his attitude and ego
@narnianrose I like your examples, especially those who learned to be better and turned away from their past actions and attitudes.
In this category are the obvious ones- Edmund, Eustace, and even Trumpkin (who learned to believe).

"...when a willing victim who had committed no treachery was killed in a traitor's stead, the Table would crack and Death itself would start working backwards."
Wow. You've all had great ones. Let's see if I could think of any.
Lord Drinian- Nice for being there for Caspian after Caspian have lost his wife and son.
Jewel- Nice for a being a friend who sticks around even when things got out of hand.
Rabadash- Naughty for being cruel and arrogant, not to mention all he could ever think about is how he wants to marry Susan.
Emeth- Nice because he's not after some higher promotion. He seeks a higher power, and while claiming to serve Tash, he was actually serving Aslan.
Rishda- Naughty for calling on gods he doesn't believe in and manipulation.
"And this is the marvel of marvels, that he called me beloved."

What a great thread idea @jasminetarkheena, and I think it will bring up some interesting thought and conversation.
Uncle Andrew- Very naughty, he is a self-centered, power-hungry old man who cannot control himself.
Digory- Nice, yes, he messed up, and defiantly made some very serious mistakes, but he came about in the end, and was redeemed (same as me...).
Reepicheep- Very Nice. He was a brave, valiant warrior and knight, who, though maybe a bit over-zealous at times, was a truly noble creature.

P.S. It has been a while, and I am so glad to be back active on NarniaWeb again!

I'm sure you all know that Christmas is not far away, so we could still have the discussion about which Narnia character would be on the naughty or nice list.
