I had to go with Lucy... Who can *hate* her? Even if they like someone else better (Jill, Polly, Aravis, Susan etc.) no one ever *hates* Lucy =) She'd throw herself off a cliff just to *please* Aslan!

She's so innocent. She's untainted by what goes on and she's always there for others...

Yes, but Lucy isn't the only one who is the best, Jill too is. I just see and feel something about her which makes me so good about it when I read her story.... and I like that kind of feeling.

I voted for Jill, because we're so much alike in our personalities. She and I both struggle with bad things that are going on, but with Aslan's grace and help, we make it through on top! Also, we both aren't afraid to cry, and we have horrible memories!

^ Good to know that Shastasfan. I for one is also in love with Jill's character, because she of being a friend, a loyal one, to Narnia.

I voted for Lucy (yay, she's winning! ) because she understands Aslan better than most and appreciates the details and small things in life. And she doesn't try to spoil a magnificent moment by talking (at the end of LB, when everyone's in Aslan's Country, she stays silent because she's "drinking it all in more deeply than the others" or something like that ).

Aravis is my favorite because of her adventurous nature and I love how she fights with Shasta/Cor.

I love Susan but I think that is because of the movies. I think Lucy is the greatest believer in Narnia but I can relate to Susan so I voted for her

I liek Lucy because of her bravery and faith. I think she is brave without having to fight. It don't find too many female characters like that in books today.

I wish I could play Aravis...like a million other people.

It was hard choice for me because my favorite side character Gwendolen is on this list. But in the end I picked Lucy. I have always considered that the fact she knows Aslan the best of any of these characters probably is very special. I just love that fact about Lucy.
