I haven't read the Lefay fragment and would like to, but I can't find it online and Past Watchful Dragons doesn't deliver to where I live (On Amazon the only thing that they have is a study guide for the book ). Does any one know where to find it on the Internet? Thank you!
I'm afraid the simple answer is that Past Watchful Dragons is out of print.
My copy was old when I found it secondhand about 20 years ago. You might just find one that way, or perhaps ask Christians who might have one to lend it to you.
It would be under copyright still, so should not be online.

"...when a willing victim who had committed no treachery was killed in a traitor's stead, the Table would crack and Death itself would start working backwards."
Is inter-library loan an option for you? Some libraries charge a small fee to cover shipping, some don't, but if you have access to a library that participates, you might be able to get a copy of Past Watchful Dragons that way. I also saw an e-book copy listed on Worldcat; I don't know if that's available to purchase somewhere, but it may be worth a look if you haven't already.
Some days you battle yourself and other monsters. Some days you just make soup.
