I haven't read the Lefay fragment and would like to, but I can't find it online and Past Watchful Dragons doesn't deliver to where I live (On Amazon the only thing that they have is a study guide for the book ). Does any one know where to find it on the Internet? Thank you!
I'm afraid the simple answer is that Past Watchful Dragons is out of print.
My copy was old when I found it secondhand about 20 years ago. You might just find one that way, or perhaps ask Christians who might have one to lend it to you.
It would be under copyright still, so should not be online.
There, shining in the sunrise, larger than they had seen him before, shaking his mane (for it had apparently grown again) stood Aslan himself.
"...when a willing victim who had committed no treachery was killed in a traitor's stead, the Table would crack and Death itself would start working backwards."
Is inter-library loan an option for you? Some libraries charge a small fee to cover shipping, some don't, but if you have access to a library that participates, you might be able to get a copy of Past Watchful Dragons that way. I also saw an e-book copy listed on Worldcat; I don't know if that's available to purchase somewhere, but it may be worth a look if you haven't already.
God rest you merry, gentlemen,
Let nothing you dismay.

It's worthwhile keeping on looking regularly, even if it's a while before anything comes up — I know I found an affordable copy of Past Watchful Dragons through either Amazon or eBay, I forget which, a few years ago. (It's a book I had as a child, and almost certainly my original copy of it is still somewhere at my parents' home, but inconveniently, that's in Australia and I now am not. So at one point when I really wanted to use Past Watchful Dragons as a reference, I did a search for it online and managed to find it and buy it without too much difficulty.)
"Now you are a lioness," said Aslan. "And now all Narnia will be renewed."
(Prince Caspian)
@valiantarcher It should not be on ebook.
I searched online, and found that Macmillan and Company own the copyright since its publication in 1979.

It's available on Internet Archive to borrow https://archive.org/details/pastwatchfuldrag00hoop
@son-of-eve the Archive may not care about copyright either. I've seen it (or similar) offering all the Narnia stories.
(And yes, I do care about it😉)
