Did Aslan create the Wood between the Worlds? If so, did he create Charn?

I am not sure if Charn had talking animals, but Aslan might have been a talking Lion there too. But of course if Aslan is Jesus in our world he could have been a man in Charn as he was in our world.  It isn’t mentioned in the books, but it is possible if  Aslan created that world in the beginning.

@narnian78 I find it more likely that the Emperor-Beyond-The-Sea created Charn and the Wood Between the Worlds. I mean, I'm just spit-balling here, but it seems like the Emperor is the "God", who creates everything, but Aslan is "Jesus" who has a certain amount of power over what the Emperor creates, and under the right circumstances, can destroy things like Charn and the Dark Island.

I always figured there was an Aslan figure in Charn, but his followers were either oppressed or in the minority.
