Aww. yes i will miss him, but there is one part near the end where it is POSSIBLE he could, and SHOULD be in SC. When he goes from an old man to a young boy in the river, remember?

Other than the Caspian Young Again Scene, they would need Ben for the flashbacks where they would need to flesh out Caspian's relationship with Lilliandil.

I hope he doen't leave for good! I will be so depressed!
I do agree though that maybe they should get an older man to play King caspian ,and then have Ben play the younger caspian at the end.
But, it would be interesting to see them make Ben look like a old man.

That's awesome but I still hope the production does those flashbacks of him and Lilliandil! They'd better! I think I'll start a petition.

Well, I have been wondering for a while now if they are trying to keep the non book fans from knowing he actually becomes young again in SC. They never mention this detail and it's getting to the point I am a little worried they aren't planning to put it in there.

I think they will there's arecent interview i read with Ben Barnes saying he's comes back for some flashbacks and toward the end of the film when he's young again. He confirmed an older man will be playing the older King Caspian.

I think that you are right,... But I am also thinking that ... How they become successful in all of these??? I am really confused with this..

Gosh, I hope he is in Silver chair! I can't believe that they would re-cast him, what with there being all those rumors about Re-Casting Eustace as well! It just can't be allowed to happen! Why not just use aging makeup like in Doctor who or something???
Otherwise it wont be a Narnia film anymore...not without them!

Oh my goshh nooooooooooo! Ben is such a perfect caspian- he's one of the best actors, especially with his trademark accent If they change the actor then it wont be the same! I hope he decides to come back- even if it's only to play younger caspian at the end, or in some flashback scenes.

I'm not too worried at the moment that Ben won't come back; after all, not we're not even sure what book we'll be made now. Ben said he wanted to come back, so I don't think we won't see him again in SC for that reason. But unless Ben is sucessful at playing an old Caspian, we should only need to see him if there's flashbacks, and definitely at the end of the movie.

I definately want the same cast (Ben included) but I've noticed many of you are saying that Ben signed on for a 3 movie contract, which means he will probably be in SC. But we are leaving The Last battle out of the picture, Caspian is there as well. I don't want to mislead anyone though, because I have no idea of the details in this contract, but I just thought it might be possible that that's what they meant.
