woo! I jsut got GIMP 2.6 and have downloaded heaps form this thread, great work guys, hopefully, once I get a hang of the program I can contribute abit too

fornarniaandaslan- I'm just clicking on 'download' and then once I've got them on my desktop, I'm putting them directly into a folder that's names 'brushes' which is inside the folder you will have called 'Gimp'. If you don't know where the Gimp folder is, then you could try searching for it using the top right hand corner search function if you have a Mac, if you have PC I'm not sure how, but you'll figure it out!

Just thought I'd drop by and post a few textures I've worked on.

Wonderful textures CSLewis! They are beautiful! Though for newbies to graphic making (though I'm sure you all thought of this) you may want to shrink them when you make icons.

I have let things pile up. Here are six sets from me.

One grunge set, which I made ages ago and forgot to post. And then there is two more grunge sets, a text set, and two scrapbook sets.
