lover of narnia - Those are shrunk, and reversed brushes from Gymfan. She posted them in the "Resources: brushes, textures, and more" thread a while back. I have deleted them since then, but they are still on the first page, the second post. 
She says "Well, I'll start out..." Let me know if you get them.
Oh, and I have saved some out of that big batch on the last page. I will credit you when I use them.

Ok, here are 3 variations of the same theme, inspired by lover of narnia's avie. I like your version alot, with the standout red, but I wanted to try for a more darker feel, so this is what I came out with.
I think #1 is my favorite...
