Wow, over a thousand people have voted that they wanted to see VDT since Monday. The count is now 53,429. This is still 94% of the total vote.

Tron Legacy is up to 20,751 people who want to see it. This brings Tron's percentage down to 95%.

Interesting how things change in a week.

I've said this already before, but I'll say it again. Seeing too much publicity for a movie, makes me want to see it less. When I see TV Spots over, and over, and over again for the same movie, it's just overly-repetitive, and for some reason, a turn-off. I saw a trailer in theaters for Tron Legacy in December last year, and it hasn't stopped. So, you know how i feel about Tron Legacy... ;)

Anyway, this is FANTASTIC to see! VDT should do, and surely will be much better than Tron Legacy and all its ridiculous hype!

Great News! On Rotten Tomatoes' hompage, The Voyage of the Dawn Treader has won the title of most anticipated film, beating out Captain America: The First Avenger, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II, Transformers: The Dark of the Moon, Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, and even its greatest competition, Tron Legacy.

Dawn Treader is leading with 62,390 people marking the film as one they want to see. This is 93% of the total votes on Dawn Treader's page, with 5,031 claiming they were not interested. Deathly Hallows: Part II is next with 56,753 (96% interested). Tron Legacy takes fourth place with 32,305 which was 92% of the total; 2,750 being uninterested.

I assume that as more people see Deathly Hallows: Part I the anticipation for Part II will eventually overtake Dawn Treader, but it is comforting to see that the newest Tron movie no longer looks like a huge threat.

Hallelujah! I do hope it stays that way, at least til christmas. I might not be able to see it opening day, but I plan on going at least three times when I can see it. (Three people want to go with me :P ) I'm sooo excited :D

Not surprised seeing that most of the films mentioned are coming out in 2011. But I'm surprised about VODT beating out Tron Legacy. Maybe VODT will roll over the winter competition after all. :D

I'm glad to see that! When I was at the theatre going to watch Harry Potter, some people were looking over the VDT poster and they looked excited to see it! :D

I find it interesting that LWW was given a 64% rating on Rottentomatoes, while PC got a 78%. I wonder if outside of the Narnia fanbase Prince Caspian was more liked than LWW? If this is the case, than this bodes well for VDT. :D

No, actually, it was LWW that got 78% while PC got 64%. But this still bodes well for VDT because LWW is much more similar to it than PC.

Sorry about the confusion. I wasn't referring to the critics, but rather to the audience rating to the left of the tomatometer. If you look at that, LWW now has dropped from a 64% to a 62% rating and PC still has a 78% rating.

Check out "The Magician's Nephew" and "The Last Battle" trailers I created!

When I looked through the reviews below, just about everybody said that Caspian was a much stronger movie than LWW, and most of them liked it more.

Really? That surprises me. I loved LWW. But PC... not so much...

Besides that, all my friends and relatives love and own LWW, but most of them don't even know about PC. They never heard of it or saw it... /:)
