Yum! I've never seen Ginger Peach pie, though Peaches & ginger are both yummy. 
But then I've never seen even Shoofly pie either. Anything that has molasses in it can't be bad, especially if your idea of molasses is more like what we mean by treacle. Just keep the bush flies away.
