You are competing in a 400m sprint. When the gun goes off, one of the other racers trips and falls. He doesn't have any major injury, though he is scratched. WWYDD?

Turn and see if they're really down for the count or if they get up and run. If they're down...run over and help them up and see if they're okay and if they can run. If they can't, help them to the side and sit with them. If they can, jog along side them.

You're stranded on a desert island in the middle of a very salty ocean...with no supplies or water. You somehow get a large wound on your foot that gets severely infected and puss-y and and just plain...gross.

First of all, I'd pray. Then, I'd put some salty sea water on it in hopes that helps the infection somehow. (to my knowledge, salt is a natural disinfectant? I hope?) then I'd find something to be a distillation apparatus of sorts (or you know, a cooking pot-like thing and something to cover it with. I'd make a fire and then boil the water. I'd collect the steam that comes from the pot and make it into water for drinking and washing my wound and washing otherwise. (with some thing, like a hollowed out gourd if there's one ) Then I'd collect the salt that gathered at the bottom and use part of it for disinfectant for the wound and other parts of it for flavoring in hopes I find food by trying to fish.
That's what I'd hope to do. And, yes, I speak beyond my current skills. I have no idea where I would get said equipment.

You are writing a story on a piece of paper and suddenly all the words spring out and start attacking your writing utensil and your hand. They manage to tie you down and have put duct tape on your mouth so you can not call for help. WWYDD?

I'd erase them: My hands weren't tied down, just my body, and I still would have my pencil. Then I'd erase the rope that held me down, since they made it out of pencil lead. Then, I'd get a new piece of paper and write down the exact same thing I had wrote down on the other piece of paper.

You start to write a post on NarniaWeb, when NarniaWeb brings up a pop-up message that says "Your account has been hacked. MWUHAHAHAHA!" Then, your post changes into a advertisement for some product, and then it gets posted. Then, your computer takes you to every single thread on NarniaWeb and posts the exact same advertisement in every thread on NarniaWeb. Then, your computer gets a Blue Screen Of Death (the computer also automatically installed Windows 1.0 as it's OS, then un-installed whatever you had been using). WWYDD?

DIE!!! No, I'd unplug the wicked thing, bring it to the store and let them deal with it. Then find another computer and write a lengthy apology letter to NW for messing up the entire site and book a lengthy vacation to get over the whole ordeal!

You wake up and have completely forgotten the English language. Therefore, you cannot understand or communicate with anyone because it sounds and reads like gibberish to you. You can also no longer process your thoughts normally or do much of anything. WWYDD?
